Lobby isn’t open but no signs posted saying as much. They’d rather have you get out in the pouring rain and try pulling the doors like an idiot than give you fair warning. Mentality like that is hard to put up with. Popeyes has good food and I had a craving but this is unacceptable. Covid is no longer the threat it was 1-2 years ago. Why are there still closed lobbies and why is it so hard to put up simple signs like ‘Lobby Closed But Our Drive Thru is Open and Happy to Serve You’?!

This place is serving dark, soggy, unsafe shrimp and they are frying it with the tail on so that it splinters in you mouth. They are not using standard Popeyes shrimp here.

Omg went yesterday to Popeyes the customer service was phenomenal. I’ve been to many restaurants went through the drive-through but I had such good service I can tell everyone there loved there jobs. I feel that crew went above and beyond to get my order right they was so fast in doing it also. Had to bless them all with a $2 management please let your crew know that I said with service like that you don’t know even know who u are bringing a smile to. Sometimes we are broken with in and when u have someone treat you so kind it changes your whole out look on life.

Went there for lunch today they said they were closed at 12:45pm how is that? Now I have no lunch and the employees were making jokes. This is very unorganized and unexpected for a business like Popeyes being managed. I won’t go there again and would not recommend anyone else to go either.

Standard greeting: LOBBY’S CLOSED!!! What’s up with this chain in Jacksonville??? If I wanted to eat in my car I’d go through the drive through. Seems like every time I try to stop into any Popeyes on this side of town, either Norwood or McDuff their lobby is closed. Although it’s not as good and more expensive, Bold Birds on Edgewood at least has a nice sit down dining area where I can enjoy lunch.
