I firmly believe that this location is not capable of getting an order correct. The last time I went here I ordered a volcano taco, 2 soft tacos, and a chicken burrito. My volcano taco was missing the volcano sauce, they initially forgot the 2 soft tacos, and the chicken burrito was missing the chipotle ranch.

Went to order food got half way threw my order lady cut me off an made me move up told the lady that I still need to add to oder but said we do not take orders from the window even though she literally cut me off. Got food from this location last night on Uber eats after about 35 minutes after eating it I started feeling I’ll it’s now 10am the next morning and I am still sick. Do Not give out bad food just because a order is placed late you must maintain food safety standards.

Ordered a steak menu power bowl and it was done suspiciously fast, like I didn’t even get my card back before they handed me my food (there was no like, it was like 20 seconds from when I placed the order and pulled around). I found out that in their haste, they left some plastic film in the food, one piece I pulled out of my mouth and the other I found mixed in. I tried calling to let them know and maybe prevent this from happening again but no one answered…
