Good morning! Yesterday at 8:30 AM I visited the drive-through at the McDonald’s on Lancaster Avenue. The greeter, who took my money, was amazing. The server who gave me my food hands were extremely dirty. Oily, dirty as if he was working on a car or something. Dirt under his nails. I didn’t feel comfortable receiving my food from this person. Once I left the drive-through, I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to a young lady, didn’t get her name and told her about the incident. She immediately responded with “that’s what his hands look like. “ I feel that was the wrong response. Yes, the server was African-American and so am I. When I told her that she became very dismissive to my concern. I hope this can be resolved.

We are on minute 22 of waiting in line, they were out of Oreos, when I finally got to window 2, they attendant asked me what I ordered, then proclaimed “i quit”. Also we watched him make a coffee for someone smelled it, said it was disgusting then gave it to the client. When we receive our fries we’re not cooked.

I wish the McDonald’s company does something to make this specific store better. I have never had such issue with other McDonald’s stores but only with this one. Many times I place a mobile order they ask me to come inside to pick up instead of drive through, while others simply follow the drive through line and talk through orders. Not sure why they are doing so but definitely inconvenient and frustrating. Also service is usually slow and they make things unavailable very frequently. For example when I order a frappe from them 8 out of 10 times they told me not available. And there are also a couple of times I place an order on app, went to pick up at like 8~9am in the morning and got told the store not open to orders yet.

Ordering process and cashier experience was good. As far as the server, his hands looked like he was working a car before handing me my food. I’ve seen actual mechanics with cleaner hands. I call the store immediately after pulling out of the drive through and told the manager about the incident. Manager immediately defended him stating “that’s how his hands look”. Workers cleanliness is not a priority. Poor management and customer service.

Not my favorite location. A week after this visit I was at a different location and it was the experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s. Back to the store at hand. Very slow service because of all the side conversations. Not to mention 2 employees who went on break tried to the table me and my daughters had claimed. Not going back.

The one star is strictly for the atmosphere. There are always extremely bad people at this location. I went with my son today, and a group of teens were hanging in there with no food. They left the location twice while I was there. When I finally left with my son, 2 of the guys followed me to my car, I quickly turned and walked towards Lancaster and the guys stopped following me. I had my wife drop me back off to pick up the car. I won’t be back again to dine in person.

I curse the lady who gave me this hours old fry (Smelling burnt oil), feels like rubber. I bought this for my 5 years old daughter. I ate 2 and my throat started to irritate. I ordered a medium fry and she charged me $3.70 (including tax). When I noticed that they charged $3.70 I called the store and a guy said they can’t do anything about it. I am not concerned about the extra money they charged me. But you just imagine your 5 years old kid is eating that poison. I feel happy because I took 2 fries before giving it to my daughter and I immediately stopped her from eating them. I went to McDonald’s Havertown and bought my daughter another fry which was million times better and healthier than the last one

Thay make horible food and drinks. Ordered hot coffee and gave me completley cold and when i asked to make it warm they said they have just decaf and have to wait 15 minutes to brew the coffee.
