Friendly service, good ice cream. Gave it a 4 instead because of the 5 items we ordered was a large vanilla cone and got a vanilla shake instead. Rather than them throwing it away, we kept it.

Waited 20 minutes for two hot fudge ice creams. One arrived totally melted and needed a second cup under it. The other one they put in the freezer to firm up the icecream. I asked for my money back and went to VC pizza and Icecream. Received my treats in 3 minutes…Hats off to VC pizza and company…well trained staff

The past few times Ive went to uncle mikes the service was completely terrible. The girls there were rude. They completely ignored the customer in front of me when they asked for more napkins but then the ignored my boyfriend when he asked for mustard. My nachos barely had any cheese on them. His sandwhich was dry and gross. Its really upsetting when you pay $10 and get nothing satisfying

We stood in line for 15 minutes. The person ahead of me ordered a sloppy joe. When I , right after them, ordered a shredded chicken sandwich. I was told the kitchen was closed and I could only order ice cream. I ordered a small cup and a baby cup of ice cream. It took 4 tries for the girl to make a real baby cup. I was offered a small, then a baby cone, then a small cone before she made a baby cup. I will not return to this place.
