Delicious drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The metal in the bar creates a badass atmosphere that mirrors their delicious burgers and food! Our server was knowledgeable, quick, and kind. This will definitely be a spot we come back to every time we are in Chicago!

If you want a great burger this is the place to go. A great variety of burgers with unusual toppings. Their fries are also very good. If you go during an off-time you will not have to wait. They are playing heavy metal music. So if you’re looking for conversation you might want to look somewhere else but if you’re looking for a great burger this is your place.

Felt right at home from the moment I walked in the door. Highly recommended stopping by if you’re in Chicago, especially if you’re into metal. The staff was friendly & fast and the burgers were well worth the price. Parking was easy enough, although I when earlier in the day. Suggest you plan accordingly going by other reviews. The only disappointment was the shirt I wanted was sold out in my size.

First time visiting since 2016! It was so nice to be back. Excellent attentive service. We were a party of five, yet we still were checked on and had plenty of refills. The fried mac and cheese is delicious and easy to share. I got the Kuma’s root beer which is absolutely delicious, I wish I could bring some home to NYC. I also ordered the Iron Maiden burger which came out exactly how I wanted it to. It comes with pepperjack, lettuce, onion and avocado on a pretzel bun. Highly recommend coming here during lunch hours to avoid long wait times.

Wonderful late lunch experience. The four of us were promptly seated at a table. Deep fried pickles were done perfectly. Ceasar salad and burgers were amazing with leftovers! Always love the fresh pretzel buns. Server was learning a new POS system but managed our order seamlessly. Original Kuma location is the best IMO.
