The Saint Menu – Dallas, TX

The Saint will offer a fresh, Italian-inspired menu, highlighted by dry-aged meat and
chops, fresh pasta made in-house, and an abundance of vegetable-based dishes for

Had a lovely experience!! Some of the best food I’ve had in Dallas, and definitely the best dessert! The drinks were as innovative as the menu! You can tell the people here really were thoughtful about every detail & really care about the experience of each guest. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Such a great experience! Shawn is such an incredible bartender! We let him know it was our first time and he gave a great first impression! Amazing drinks, food and service! The Saint is perfect for date night, business meetings, etc. I will be attending again—maybe even a regular! Great place!

I have been to a lot of new Dallas hot spots and I can say that by far this, this has been the best. For a newly opened restaurant, they have it all down. From the atmosphere, to the food to the service. Iain, the manager, was extremely nice and our bartender, Buddy.

Overall a wonderful experience here. We arrived early and sat down at the bar where the bartender was over attentive and wanted to make sure we enjoyed ourselves there even if it was just for a few min. He ended up giving us a free taste of their house made liminchelo and hello! It was some of the best I’ve had.

This place is unlike any restaurant that you will ever experience. The atmosphere is electric, and you are greeted with smiles, and wonderful hospitality from staff. I recommend the 14oz pork chop, and the Gorgonzoia pasta which was incredible! Special shout out to Max who treated me and my son very special. And a special thanks to Andy as well. I will definitely be returning with guest.

My wife and I went to visit and try Chef Jacob Williamson new restaurant last night. It’s called The Saint, and in Dallas. This is the new and best restaurant in Texas, or even the country. It was great, awesome and fantastic from the start. Complimentary valet, and people at the front door with open and inviting arms to say hi. The inside has a great comfort feel with perfect music. The wait staff is on top of everything. Our main server, Ed, was on point. After a ordering a great bottle of wine, Ed took the time to explain just about every tiny detail to the menu. we never felt rushed and were able to order as we went and had one of the best date nights ever. Chef Jacob, you really out did your self. I have had the pleasure of eating his food many times at many restaurants over the years, but this is by far the best. All the food was cooked to perfection. I did not need the desserts, but they were to die for. This has to be the best restaurant I have ever been to. We will be back many more times. If you have not been to The Saint, you are missing out on the best restaurant ever. Thank you for a great night, and great to see you Chef.

Casual vibes but good food. They were playing 2000s pop and alternative which was nostalgic. We shared the whipped ricotta and the lobster arancini which was surprisingly delicious. For main courses we had the ribeye which was very flavorful, tortellini (small dish, wish there was more to enjoy) and scallops and tried the potato purée as one of our sides. Everything was great, our server Chris was awesome. Super attentive.

What can I say! Friends brought me here for my birthday! The customer service, the excellent music selection, and most importantly, the amazing food selection. A wonderful new restaurant in the lower Gaston District! Transparently, in the short time they have opened, I have been twice. I live for new restaurants, and I highly recommended you give it a chance. Make sure you check it out, the amazing Tamara; she had the best recommendations! The dessert…. Get in while you can!
