Came upon this place as a recommendation and it did not disappoint. The Cuban was massive and prepared perfectly throughout. Great flavor from the protein, good amount of mustard and the bread was incredible. There is available seating upon request otherwise it’s a take out place.

This place is sooooo good the Mojo pork quesadilla was amazing and the pork was so flavorful and tender, it was also almost 2 lbs. Going to go back and get the Cuban sandwich next time. I definitely recommend this family-owned bistro.

The most authentic and best Cuban food in the Hampton Roads area. I am originally from Cuba and I lived in Miami for 20 years and the Cuban food here is exactly the same as the food in Miami. It is currently my go to Latino Caribbean spot in the area. It reminds me of the little bakeries by my parents home in Miami that would serve the best food. I completely recommend this to others from Miami due to its authenticity and how good the food is. The staff is also wonderful and prepare your order in a timely manner. 11/10.

Let’s get it…. you want a proper Cuban sandwich in the 757 look no further than The Lab Bistro. The El Cubano was absolute fire! This shop sports cafe options so start off your day with a Cafecito and you’ll be ready to conquer the world. Bakery options on site for your sweet tooth, the Flan is great! Excited to see them expand into a larger location.
