I had a great meal, service, and experience for breakfast here. Good quality food. Eggs fluffy and not dry. There are some left who can appreciate a well-cooked meal! Thank you so much! We will be back!!

We stopped here for lunch while on our annual motorcycle trip. This is a great little restaurant and all locals must know it, because it was packed and there was a line. The servers were working as fast as they could to keep up. Service was great and the food was good down home cooking.

We stopped here for a quick bite after a hike – and we arrived around 1. We were happy that they still served breakfast! I ordered the 3 veggie plate. I have definitely had better collards, but the black eyed peas and the coke slaw were top notch and fresh! As a bonus, one of our group ordered the baloney sandwich (fried). We couldn’t resist getting pictures of that!!! Took is back to our childhood. Great spot!!! They close at 2 pm so get there earlier.

We stopped here for lunch and the place was absolutely MOBBED. It’s easy to see why though, the food was delicious and the prices very reasonable. Sizable portions and fast service even despite the chaos. I tried the Ultimate Grilled Cheese which I would definitely recommend.

So we stopped for brunch just passing through. The food was very good. However the wait for the food was a bit long (30 min) for simple breakfast foods. The service was probably one of the worst I’ve hD in a while. Definitely need to work on that. Some staff are good but some definitely should seek employment elsewhere. I would come back as I feel they were just having a rough morning.

This place treated hikers like homeless people. Rude staff, extremely slow service, and they brought out half my food then after fifteen minutes brought out the rest. Messed up the order from the beginning. Waitress was busy eating at the counter in plain view of the customers and did not wash her hands after. Avoid this place at all costs if you want a pleasant dining experience.

I have gone to the Kountry Kitchen several times during my stay in Franklin and the food has always been great.

The place was clean. The taco salad was about as bland as a plain potato. no refills and had to locate the hot sauce myself after we were forgotten. Wife order salad. So 2 plates of salad and 2 fountain drinks for about $30 was okay I guess. It has potential if they maybe get past the fear of seasoning the food.

The food was yummy enough for breakfast. The coffee was very weak and I had to beg from across the room for a single refill. I enjoyed my meal but I’m not even sure who my server was, the original person who got me my drinks went to the back rolling napkins and saying “she felt lazy today” so my order was finally taken when I waved at a different server after 15 min. I am a local but I don’t “look like a local” so maybe that’s what it is. Not my top pic due to customer service.

I had high hope for this restaurant as a first time visitor to Franklin after seeing good reviews for it online. During my dining experience I encountered four employees. None were friendly or smiled at me. My order took 23 minutes to arrive at the table and when the waitress brought it she literally dropped it with a bang on the table in front of me. Then when she asked me if I wanted anything else it sounded more like a grunt than a question.
