The worst experience I’ve had in a drive through. I had to place my order no less than 3 times. Each time it was read back, it was missing things or completely wrong. It was an order for 3 people, nothing special just wanted them as they came. After sitting in the drive through for 10min I got to the window only to find out my order was still wrong.

Ordered a sandwich , took a while to get here. Opened it and it was wrong. Called and they weren’t friendly didn’t even apologize and said they would bring a new one and take the old one back, which was fine. Just didn’t like the customer service. Not friendly on phone.

Food is normally great. Whoever was working the drive thru speaker had hearing problems. We corrected him twice when he read our order back wrong. Food came out wrong. We were home by the time we realized.
