Everyone there were super accommodating. I have a garlic intolerance and that makes it super hard to eat out. The manager and the girl at the desk went through the whole menu with me trying to find something I could eat. All I wanted was pizza because that’s what I was craving. The manager looked at ingredients of all the sauces and the one sauce that didn’t have garlic was Alfredo, which I don’t like. I eventually ordered a bbq chicken pizza and then discovered that also had garlic, after having paid. So I had to figure something out and ordered a taco pizza. Then I heard them say it had a salsa base, which I also don’t like. Onions also don’t do well in my stomach. So I took it home, ate one piece, cried a little, and gave the pizza to my brother in law. I really appreciate the staff’s patience. Even the cook came out to see what I needed and was super patient.

We got carryout. The pizza and boneless wings were great. We got an XL pizza, 1/2 supreme or “Boss” and 1/2 pepperoni and black olives. The sauce was delicious and the crust was thin and just right. Not too soft, not too crispy. The boneless wings were crispy and the honey garlic sauce is to die for.

Ordered 2 sandwiches , ravioli and cheese. It’s delivered. First time ordering here. No sauce with ravioli???? it even shows a picture of it with the ravioli so I’m a little confused why you would charge me $10 for eight or nine pieces of fried ravioli with no sauce? Also, the meatball sandwich is terrible. The bread is hard, and the meatballs taste like something you got at high school lunch. Not happy plus we paid $60 for everything and mine is not even edible. I tried calling the restaurant, but it sends me straight to a message that says no one is available and the voicemail box is full. I wanna freaking refund for everything. Honestly, this is terrible not even edible.

My wife and me ordered from Boss Pizza for the first time and they hit it out of the park.First they delivered in about half the time they quoted me. The next was the people were very courteous, and while the pizza was great the chicken was to die for. Compared to the competition price was in the ballpark of the others so all in all a deserved 5 out of five , thank you to the employees at Bosses Pizza!

Was not at all impressed with the food. The pricing is unreasonable for what you actually get and you could probably get bigger boneless wings at a grocery store deli. The pizza had alright flavor but not worth $18 for a 12 inch, and the flavor overall was just weak. The only reason I give it two stars is because the girl at the register was kind. I don’t want to be rude, but I feel changes should be made.

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I went there to dine in, and it was take out only. I’m not a local, so I’m not sure what the story is. The pizza and appetizers, however, were fantastic. Worth the trip and wait time.

If you’re in Rapid City and need food delivery at 2am, this is the place to call. It’s a little pricey but the food is amazing and the people are beyond amazing! My order got delivered to the wrong address but they stayed after closing to make it right and didn’t charge me. They braved the snow and ice to bring me pizza at 3:30am. They also have a lot more than pizza so check them out! I will definitely order from here again the next time I’m in town!

Two things that i wish we had more of post plandemic… first restaurants staying open later or 24hrs again, and Boss stays open late and I’m very pleased. Second good food, which Boss provided. This pizza is among the best ones i had in this style (see pic). Its good, i highly recommend them.
