Talk about an amazing BURGER. Never been here before- (small story) showed up on a random Wednesday at 1 and they were so jam packed with to go orders had about 6 people waiting on their food and no one addressed us about getting our order while we stood there for about 10 minutes or more. Finally when they were done rushing orders out we were able to order. Food was out fairly quick. The flavor was AMAZING. I’d say worth the wait. Wish they would have spoke to us & said “sorry for the wait, it will be about 10-15 minutes till we can take your order” because that would have helped us out on deciding if we wanted to stay or go else where. Plus it’s just good manners and business etiquette – but that’s not a common trait in businesses these days. They don’t care about that stuff. So I guess 5 stars for food quality and 3 stars for lack of customer care/service. So if you don’t mind a wait and have patience go enjoy yourself a Smash Burger. You won’t regret it.

1st time. It wasn’t busy when I arrived. Once I ordered it was another story. Burger was fresh and delicious. Somehow my fries didn’t come out, the gentleman upsized them for me. The seasoning was good too. Friendly staff. Good atmosphere. I’ll be back with the family.

I googled ‘best burger near me’ after visiting an establishment on Lake Murray boulevard that actually ran out of food on a Friday night. SmashBurger came up and I immediately called because it was a few minutes before closing time. Not only did the young man (I think his name is Mark) assure me he would make a great burger for my Mom, he stayed on the phone with me until I found them & pulled up to the front door! The young lady at the front was so kind and professional (so sorry I can’t remember her name ) after I got a little emotional when speaking about my Mom. Bottom line, I cannot express how grateful I am for the total experience at closing time!!! And also for a new burger place near Mom!!! FABULOUS BURGER AND FRIES FOR UNDER 12 BUCKS!!!!

Every time I have come here the food and service have been phenomenal! The general manager Brett has been working the counter as well as bouncing between other duties all while keeping this place running as smoothly as it absolutely could. I don’t think I’ve had better service anywhere else.

Management/cashier on duty was rude. He was rude to my daughter upon ordering. I had walked away. We waited until after people who ordered after us were earing and walked back up to counter to see our food sitting under warmers. Food finally bagged. Take food and leave. Cashier had t said one friendly word. My daughter got her food said have nice days still no word or anything back from cashier. My fries tasted old and not hot. I went back inside. And said I need new fries. They cost too much to be cold. I did not yell. I stepped to side. Cashier starts waking his hands at me saying stop that etc. I said I haven’t done anything bit ask for my food be replaces. He started calling police on me. Misuse of authority and wasting patrol officers time.thwy can roll tapes back to see I was calm, not yelling ans just asked for my food to be replaced. Now he disappeared and hasn’t replaced my food or given me a refund. I’m sorry for $4 dollar fries I just wanted some that weren’t old , left over from previous orders. The Cashier was too worried about milkshakes ordered after much order was placed. He was rude and absolutely had no reason call police. I’m standing waiting on them to show up . I need a refund. I will never return to thos business. I would hate to say it but feel it may have been the cashier/manager has issue with my daughter and I skin color. His behavior towards us was completely different than the cheer squad and families after us. I’ve bow been here 5 mins . He had not come back and I have not receved a redund

I would not really say that I loved it. But for the first visit, the staff was pleasant, the timing was good and considering the rising prices of fast food, you get a much fresher tasting buger here for your money. Parking is also available in the back.

Not even great service waited over 30 minutes for 1 milkshake. Totally rude, and ignored us during waiting. “This is not my priority”. Everyone else was getting their order and leaving quickly and totally ignoring us. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE
