First time to visit and very glad we did. The patio was shaded and well arranged, staff friendly and service prompt. I had salmon, mashed potatoes and carrots. All delicious. My husband had ribeye that was good as well. The complimentary sour dough bread was good as well.

We came here for a date night while my boyfriend was working out of town. Let me just say this place is gorgeous! The ambiance is wonderful, the staff are extremely friendly and pleasant, and the food is just exquisite! We started off with the bone marrow, and while it could have sat in the salt bath a little longer to draw out more blood, it was still delicious, so smooth and buttery!

Really bad food unfortunately. The only dish that was good was the bread.

Emily was the best! We took my mother in law out for her birthday and she was so thrilled. They even accommodated her gluten allergy and brought us GF cake with everything else in the side. So glad we chose Jackalope for this special occasion

We were looking for a fine dining experience in Bend to celebrate our 15th anniversary. The food and drinks were quite good, but the table seating indoors isn’t very intimate. We were sat on a bench seat with tables to our left, and right, so we could easily hear their conversations. Our service was fine but it wasn’t the level of attention and care you sometimes get in nicer restaurants. The location is off the main street and quiet, but you can kind of tell it’s in a new little business strip.

Food was amazing. But, very close quarters every table is close to each other and very loud. Took 2 hours for our food to come out 1 hour for the appetizer and 15 minutes for every drink. Customer service was not great. The only upside is the food is 10/10 but if you’re hungry expect a 1-2 hour wait at least. For a fine dining restaurant this is not a very good standard. Last visit was a lot better of an experience. Bummer for a anniversary dinner.

There was nothing bad about this place. All our appetizers, entrees, drinks and service was amazing. We had a great night celebrating our anniversary. The filet was so flavorful and tender. The duck was delicious. We will definitely be dining here again soon.

Randomly found this place through Resy. And it is one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in a long time. I had the Beef Paleron and my wife had the Pecking Duck. And both were simply amazing. The Beef Paleron was melt in your mouth good and the duck was cooked perfectly with a delicious sweet and savory sauce. And for dessert we had the crème brûlée! The custard was cold (like it should be) and the caramelized sugar crust was made perfectly and took a couple good hits with the spoon to crack. I could have ten of those in a row! And last but not least, the service was impeccable! Our waitress was wonderful and very helpful and nice. We would come back just for the service. Definitely recommend and you should book a reservation right now.

Thoroughly enjoyed everything about our dining experience. From the moment we entered the restaurant and throughout the evening, we were transported to a place where fine dining still exists, and thrives. Employees seem like family and so much care is taken in the production and delivery of their well-thought out cuisine. The wine and cocktail menu blends seamlessly with their European fare. The interior ambiance lends to an enchanted evening, and darling Miranda, their bartender, is absolutely delightful. Thank you, Jackalope Grill for delivering spot-on ambiance, hospitality and culinary excellence.

Pleasantly surprised that a restaurant like this is tucked away in Bend Oregon. Have eaten at fine establishments in Vancouver BC, Seattle, New York, Hawaii, and L.A. This restaurant is among the best. Started out with the escargot which was swimming in garlic butter with herbs, not over done. Had to mop up all the remaining liquid with the obligatory bread. Following that, we had muscles in white wine sauce, juicy with shallots. I had the crusted rack of lamb, done medium rare with perfect warmth. Wife was full and had the stuffed mushrooms, amazing flavor. Children had the coq au vin, daughter said it was the best chicken ever. I had a taste it was also like I’ve never tasted chicken before. The filet was requested medium but came well, not my favorite cut but still was juicy. I’m putting this on my must visit again list.
