Everything about the restaurant was just “ok.” Seemed like an average place- the homemade pasta was decent with good portions sizes but the flavors/sauces weren’t exceptional. I didn’t like the Espresso martinis at all. I didn’t hate the night but I wouldn’t go back for seconds.

Pasta Dal Cuore is our favorite pasta place in New York City, New Jersey, or Philadelphia. I highly recommend it as all the pastas are handmade and made fresh daily. The ambiance is nice, every time we’ve been there it’s been on the quieter side with conversations and you have some privacy with the dividers they set up. The chef doesn’t like making too many modifications to the meals, but we were able to get exactly what we wanted as the menu has a lot of good choices. The prices are fair for the quality of the food that you receive in the service has always been top notch here! This has been added to our rotation of favorite places to eat. I recommend you try it out and I hope you’re not disappointed.

The food was just average. The pesto and bread as an appetizer was the best part of the meal. The pasta itself felt a little dry as the sauce wasn’t really absorbed. The dish felt separated into two parts the pasta was on one side while the sauce was on the other. It was not cooked into the dish. The oil was definitely cooked in so if you want really oily pasta with a side of sauce this is the place! Prices were high for what is being offered. Definitely a more modern take versus traditional

Food was excellent, the gluten free pasta was the best I’ve had. They told me it had been made fresh earlier that evening and it definitely was the best GF pasta I’ve had. Please note, that they were BYOB, but recently acquired a liquor license and are offering cocktails and no BYOB.

Wow wow wow, we love Italian food in our household and if your as big as fan this place is a MUST visit. The place was very nice and intimate. Every course was delicious! I wish I could’ve taken pictures but at first glance the food asked to be dug into. Everything tasted so fresh and had so much flavor. Lastly, I need to mention our waiter Manolo. His enthusiasm and knowledge of the menu made our first time just so easy and enjoyable. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Pasta Dal Cuore is always a great choice. Fresh pasta, good drink selection, and yummy desserts. I felt safe eating indoors and the dividers made for a cozy and semi-private dining experience. Our waiter was also so welcoming and friendly!
