FORGET customer “service”. That went the way of the dinosaur a LONG time ago AND these guys are merely one of MANY “guilty” parties. MY ISSUE has to do with the integrity of the PIZZA itself. Have enjoyed taking home one of their “thin” crust pizzas for YEARS and doctoring it up with all OUR fixings. Of LATE however it’s become painfully obvious these guys have done AWAY with the legitimate “thin” crust dough in favor I guess of the SAME dough they use on all their OTHER pizza’s, yet ANOTHER “cost saving” move (profit maximizing) on their part. Too bad as we’re now SOL on a decent pizza AND these guys have one LESS customer to disappoint……….

The pizza is delicious. However the service is terrible. My husband went to the location to pick up an order I placed online earlier today. When he arrived he asked for the order by name. They asked if it was a phone in or online order he said he he didn’t know so possibly phone. They said they didn’t have an order under that name. He then called me. I called the location and explained I put in an online order earlier in the day and my husband said he was told they didn’t have it. They put me on hold. After holding over 5 minutes a manager came on the line (Josh). I explained the situation to him. He said “your husband said it was a phone order”. He then proceeded to read me the riot act for a few more minutes for my husband not knowing it was an online order instead of a phone order. I think this is a difference without a distinction. Had they checked the online orders they would have found the exact name, time and pizza we ordered. Doesn’t seem like a very difficult thing to do.

Incredibly fast and friendly service! Even on a Friday afternoon we’re usually in and out within 5 minutes. Cheaper than a lot of other delivery joints, and the fact that you choose when to bake at home provides some flexibility if you decide to grab a pie while running errands.
