I have lived in Howell for two years, and this is my first visit to this KFC. I have to say that while the food was good, it was the cleanliness of the establishment and the OUTSTANDING service I experienced that will bring me back. Hailey is an EXCEPTIONAL employee. She was helpful and friendly while taking my order, and because it wasn’t too busy at this time, her productivity was nonstop!!! She was a cleaning machine – wiping down tables, sweeping, etc. I also work in the food service industry and commented to her how impressed I was at the condition of the store, and that included the bathroom! I can honestly say it was one of the cleanest places I’ve ever been to. I would love to have Hailey on my staff. You are very fortunate to have her. Don’t ever lose her!!! Great job, Hailey!

Customer service is lacking here big time. Went through the drive thru, placed my order, forgot to add a chicken leg for my son, so I asked as soon as I got to the window if I could add something. I realize this is annoying, but it shouldn’t have been an issue, considering there were no cars behind me. I was literally the only customer. I was told I was not allowed to add to my order one I reached the window. LOL. Ok, should I drive all the way around the building again to place a separate order? My card hadn’t even been swiped yet, I’m failing to see the problem. Might seem small and petty to some, but I won’t be going back to this location.

My husband just brought KFC home and this was the WORST KFC we ever had!! The chicken was BURNT AND THEY WERE REALLY SHY WITH THE MASHED POTATOES!! We put both containers of mashed potatoes together and it was barely over 1 bowl!!! Only 1 gravy no butter or honey for the biscuits!! MIDDLETOWN MARKET HAS MUCH BETTER CHICKEN FOR THE PRICE KFC CHARGES!! $34.00 FOR BURNT CHICKEN AND A LITTLE OVER 1 BOWL OF MASHED POTATOES AND 1 BOWL OF GRAVY AND COLESLAW WITH THE 6 BISCUITS NO BUTTER NO HONEY!! Came to dinner tonight and ordered 8 piece meal. Wanted to get original and extra crispy but I was told that they didn’t have any extra crispy available they only make chicken to their projected sales when I asked the manager why did the original chicken look like it was kind of old she replied the chicken was cooked at 8 p.m. I was there to order my dinner at 9:30 I asked her so the chicken was sitting there for a hour and a half before you served it to me and her reply was yes that has not been that long of a Time

Went thru the drive thru. Order 8 piece meal mixed original and extra crispy. Got home with in 10 min. Chicken was cold and looked like it been sitting around for awhile. The extra crispy seemed like it was yesterday’s chicken, heated up alittle. For the price I paid this meal should if been fresh and hot. This is another fast food restaurant that needs to close. Same time and order from allen k. Ryan’s. I wish I would have.

DO NOT DO ANY ONLINE ORDERING FROM THIS STORE!!! I live in Brighton and on my way threw Howell stopped and picked up a 60$ online order for myself and family… They missed a few items on the order and when I got home this is when I noticed it… When I called the store they told me they wouldn’t do nothing about it….
