I was at dunkin getting some lunch with my kiddos because I’m divorced and only have them on the weekends. I used to go here with my wife but that’s over LOL . God I miss her. Anyways, we were at dunkin getting some toasted coconut donuts, my wife’s favorite I mean EX WIFE!!! GOD!!!! They were dry, just like my ex Wife in the bedroom GOD I MISS HER SO MUCH!!! Anyways, the donuts gave my children really bad diarrhea so bad that they sharted all over the dunkin!!! The one girl, Jazmine, I think she was, YELLED at my children telling them explicit things that I cannot mention here, and even made insensitive comments regarding my divorce 🙁 I am very upset as I don’t get much time with my kids and now theyre traumatized and want to live with my ex wife full time. But I will say, the snackin bacon was pretty good.

I usually love this dunkin! Far better then the Johnson City Dunkin. Order is almost always right! Most of the staff is really nice! There’s been a few occasions where there’s been a less friendly staff but always much better then any other one in our area! Only other time I’ve had a less pleasant experience was when I’ve done deliveries but that’s usually the case with most restaurants when your picking for a delivery.

Chicken sandwich was a little dry but still pretty good, and the refresher was really good!(: We waited at the window for a while though without being told they’d be with us in a minute or something, so it made me a little worried the speaker was broken or something until they spoke.

I go to dunkin in the morning before work. Located at 141 Boone street in Jonesborough tn. Every time they are very slow. I order online to try to get it faster and instead of doing the drinks they are talking with former employees EVERDAY I wait 20 minutes for 4 drinks. That is lazy. The last time the drinks were done but not put where I can see them and nobody acknowledged me. But they’re friends walk in after me and they all stop what they are doing and proceed to joke around for 15 minutes. Including the three female manager.

Me and my family went in today to treat the kids to some doughnuts. While there an employee was yelling and cussing in the back for everyone to hear. Totally unacceptable. Won’t be back and don’t recommend to anyone that has values based on the words my family heard.
