We had dinner and lunch here during our stay in Adamstown. Awesome food, great service, and has local vibes. The baked tomato soup was really good, so was the apple strudel.

Service a little slow but staff is friendly and food is good. Not too busy or empty. Place is clean and drinks are good. Price isn’t too bad either

We stopped here for lunch after a morning of antiquing. It was pretty good. We were warned that there would be a wait. There was, not too bad. We both ordered the battered flounder wrap with old bay fries from the specials menu. It was only $11 and was very tasty. I would be willing to go back here again. The server was polite and friendly and there was even live music.

Wow, the food is really bad here. My mom got pork marsala, and it was so gross. The sauce was so strong with wine and it was all clumpy not a smooth sauce at all. So she was actually able to exchange for something else and got fried shrimp with french fries. I’m not sure what they did to the fries but I’m not sure if they were even fried, possibly microwaved?? The shrimp were ok but a lot of breading very little shrimp. We also decided to try the sauerkraut, big mistake! I really believe they took it out of a can or jar and heated it up and that’s it. The German potato salad was also not very good. It was kinda like smashed potatoes with way too much sugar and not enough vinagar but also didn’t have any bacon or other flavoring. I thought I was being safe by ordering schnitzel, I mean how hard is it to bread a pork cutlet and fry? Well, it was so thin, about an 1/8″ and dry like cardboard. I shows in the picture. Don’t bother with fried calamari, you’ll get a literal handful, and again it was mushy and not very good.

Wow, a great hidden treasure in the middle of a themed loving community. Nice beer selection and huge food selection, not just German food, with specials. The German food selections are authentic and really well prepared. Try the hot German potato salad and the pretzels.

Laid back restaurant bar atmosphere. There was live music outside today, so there were many servers on hand. Our waitress was awesome… smiling, friendly, patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. Food was tasty, and we definitely left with full bellies. Would visit here again if in the area.

Starting off with the service. It was pretty good. Had to ask to get refills so that part was annoying.

Great place to stop in and grab some lunch. Haven’t been in the area for dinner. But the lunch was great. Wings and I gotnthe cheeseburger which was also perfect. Very happy we stopped for lunch here. Will dine here again.

What a great and unique place! Other than a mean server who got mad at my husband for finger drumming to his favorite song, it was great! Our bartender was fantastic and we’ll definitely be back to visit her!
