This place had one of the best shawarma plates I have had in the Seattle area, made with very fresh ingredients. We tried the chicken gyro dinner plate and beef arabic shawarma and both were amazing! Good portion size, specially loved the aromatic basmati rice in the platter. We would love to be back.

Ordered an Arabic falafel combo. Fries were decent, falafel was barely there, and the tiziki sauce was rotten/ rancid/tanish color ( literally bubbling in the serving container. ) First and last time here. The service was good, tho.

A truly exceptional example of how good Mediterranean food can be. The meat is always perfectly tender and seasoned. The salad is fresh and never from a bag. If you look back into the (clean!) Kitchen you will see an entire shelf of well used spices and seasonings, many of which are made specially by more advanced members of the family. Want the Plain Jane steamed meat with 3mm of grill marks? Go literally anywhere else They are in a convenient location and they are inexpensive. Put your phone down and go eat here already!

This is much more of a takeout place than sit-down (though there are a couple of seats avail inside, no a/c — recommend to order ahead and pickup). Hole in the wall place serving the best food. Get the Sultan Dinner Special with the gyro/lamb meat, large portions and you can try a little of everything (salad, hummus, pita, rice, meat), also highly recommend the falafel.

Was so excited to eat here and they got our order very wrong. On top of the incorrect order the chicken was ridiculously dry and under seasoned. Shawarma was missing half the ingredients it was supposed to come with (hummus, peppers). Greek fries were pretty good but were prepared in such a way that left you with 75% just fried and 25% laden with topping. There’s better food just like this in Richmond Beach. Bummer.

I’ve tried this place twice, and both times I’ve been pretty disappointed. The first time I tried this place I got the shawarma plate, and it was very greasy. The seasoning was fine, but it was overly salty. Almost 2 years later, I decided to try and order again and once again I’m disappointed. The falafels are pretty dry (but they have good flavor), the baba ghanoush was served on bread with mostly lettuce that was wet and made the bread soggy, and the chicken shawarma sandwich was ok, but the chicken was a little dry. Maybe I’ve just been ordering on off days because I hear such good reviews about this place, but my experience just hasn’t been the best. The staff is nice and the service is quick.
