My son and I visited this Dunkin today to get coffee and a donut. The employees were swamped with a long line, but they took the time to double check our order with amazing positive energy. I hate this place. It is my fault. I keep going back because it’s local expecting better results. The service I get Keeps getting worse. I do not know if it’s the management team, the workers or the owners but the owners definitely need to send a secret shopper on Sunday. Best of luck to you if you’re stopping in but if it’s close just go to Easton Ave.

This is the coffee machine, you can see beans still in it in the top. It must have been broken, gee I wonder why. This is disgusting. I e stopped there 3 times, I’m headed out of town to 287 north. I’ll go out of my way from now on and go to either location on Shelton Rd or the one on Washington Ave. This is just absolutely gross! Plus the coffee tastes like dish water!

Does not even deserve 1 star! By far the worst Dunkin Donuts location in the area!!! Worst customer service, do yourself a favor and go to a different location! This is not the first time my husband and I had such a bad service here. Ordered a mobile pick up today got there after 20 min. of ordering on the app and it was not ready. Waited for another 20 min. to get my order! A total of 40 min to receive my mobile order!!! People were coming in and out order in the spot and getting their order. Placed an order for 1 dozen of donuts and two sandwiches to wait 40 min. My husband had a similar issues a few months back with this same location! Burnt bagels and sandwiches, long waits even with mobile order and poor varieties of bagel, always sold out!
