They refuse to use the pizza portal and refuse to make your online order until you are physically in the store. Waited 30 minutes to even leave the house after placing my online order, only to get up there and have to wait for another 25 minutes. They say its because theyre shortstaffed, but there is 10 employees in there at any given time. Ive seen the big 3 do a lot more with a lot less. Refused to issue a refund saying i would have to call corporate to get it. Lobby floor looks like it hasnt been mopped in years. Imagine what the back looks like that customers cant see. Will try bartlett location from now on.

Haven’t been there in forever, was pleasantly surprised. In my opinion, the cheese bread was better than the pizza, but it was great to walk in there and walk out less than 10 min later w a fresh hot pizza and some yummy cheese bread that we ate before we got home!

I bought some pizza and crazy bread, and it was burnt. It also was not cut well. So I called them and I told them home so they told me yo bring it back and I replied if I’ve to give something for free for my waste of time and gas. The manager said ok, but I got there it was a different story. He just exchanged it and was rude.

Went at 9pm mind you they don’t close till 10pm and I was told they had cheese pizzas and crazy bread only! The ladies words exactly were “we closin we ain’t makin no no damn pizzas” needless to say I will never go to this location again as they close an hour before they actually close. This is false advertising to post that you close at 10 and then refuse to make pepperoni pizza at 9pm. I have contacted cooperate and the franchise owner. This is unexceptionable!
