Horrible. Left us and many others standing there without taking our orders. Attitudes and eye rolling. Like they were upset people came in to order food and have them work. Food was cold and dry. Best thing was the fanta. Sad to spend that much money just to have poor service and food. Not sure I have ever seen people act so poorly in customer service. Really need to hire people who can actually greet customers.

I placed a mobile order and went to the drive thru where I told them the response I got was “inside”. I repeated it was just a mobile order picked up. “Inside”. I then asked are you telling me I have to come inside to pick up?!? “Inside”. Ok now I’m aggravated but fine. I go inside multiple people waiting frustrated aggravated so I wait and tell them mobile AGAIN which I placed over thirty mins prior and they start to make it now. Ok fine. No mild breast or wings. Ok fine. I’m frustrated just give me whatever. I then had to wait what seemed like another thirty mins for a small fry. Ok fine. I get home open it up. The spicy chicken I got instead of mild was burnt and tasted like old burnt chicken grease which made me instantly nauseous. Then my 14 tenders was more like 7 depending on what you call a tender and what you call crust. The food was just as bad as the service. And my kids couldn’t eat any of the food because the mild tasted spicy. I’m officially done with Popeyes I can’t remember a time the food or the service was good.

Anytime you go to this location past 6pm at night, they never want to cook anything. 3 nights in a row at 5:30p, 6p, and maybe 6:15p. Drove through for ghost pepper wings and you get a rude drive through lady. She states, we have no ghost pepper wings (extremely rude). Then asked for chicken tenders 2 of the nights and they are out of those too. She has got to be one of the worst servers I have ever come across. Wish there were a better Popeyes around. This place has been a nightmare. It is clear they do not want to cook and getting cleaned up and closed down was more important.

I am not one to overly criticize service workers at all, but wow. I am stunned. I have come here numerous times because I work across the street, and it’s hilarious every time. The workers always have an issue with you, and your order is always wrong. I am either missing my condiments, given the wrong entree, or given the wrong side. Today, I ended up with a mild tender in my spicy box cause I guess they decided not to make another batch and figured giving me a random mild tender was good enough. My sauce is always missing and the ONE time they actually gave it to me, it was the wrong kind! I also normally get mashed potatoes and it’s a 50/50 shot on whether I get that or they decide to not read the ticket and just give me the fries. I could excuse the poor attitude of my order was at least correct more than 10% of the time. Go to the one in Randolph, much higher quality!

I just visited this restaurant and I was very disappointed…staff completely ignored me as they spoke to each other in cape Verde language…after a whole 5 minutes of standing there like an idiot I walked out…I will never ..ever visit this location again in this lifetime
