When you get your pizza, the food is overall pretty good. However, the number of times we have had orders cancelled after waiting over an hour, or just never show up until you call the store an ask to cancel, just makes you never want to order here. Playing russian roulette with dinner is just not worth it when there are other options that deliver in a timely manner every time.

Shelby the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE. I have never been so disrespected in my life. I understand being overwhelmed or being short staff but you don’t speak to someone the way she did, especially if I’m not being rude. You will lose a lot of business if this is who you have representing your business. I’m very upset I had this experience.

The best thing Domino’s could do is fire everyone associated with this franchise. I can’t believe the franchise owner is allowed to operate this store. THE WORST. Everything about it. Worst service. Took and hour for the prep, then called for 25 MIN WITH NO ANSWER….drove all way to location. What’s point of ordering! Never ever will I eat Dominoes. And there were 4 people in the location so it isn’t an employee/hiring problem!

Horrible service. Ordered pizza at 11:30am to make sure order had enough time to arrive. Order was finished at 11:45am and it’s now 12:41pm and it says that they’re still waiting for the delivery driver to pick up my order so that they can deliver it. Second time this has happened to me in 2 weeks that I’ve tried to place an order with them. Last time it was 2 hours saying that they needed to wait for driver. Who wants pizza that’s been left out for an entire hour? Called and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to answer to find out what the issue is. It always scares me to have to ask them to remake the food because I don’t know what they could do to the food as they are at that point upset that you’re even complaining about things.
