The chicken was fresh, and the mashed potatoes were amazing. I’ve eaten in different KFCs, and it’s is hit or miss. This location was great. Keep a look out for the peacocks birds in the area, their amazing.

Restaurant is closed on inside. Waited for over 30 minutes to be told they weren’t going to make any more chicken for family meals. Still 2 hours until close. ALWAYS terrible service. Employees are rude and do not care about anything including their jobs. Unfortunately probably will not return after this disaster. Very sad KFC.

To begin with. I LOVE KFC. But for health reasons I only allow myself this treat maybe twice a year. This is by far the worst kfc in the history of all kfc. Got 10 piece bucket. Half of it was so dry and over cooked or had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours that I needed water to wash it down so I wouldn’t choke. It lacked the flavor of true KFC brand. Bland and tasteless. The manager needs to be fired for allowing the sale of this garbage. Ruin the KFC name.

So I went through the drive thru last night they forgot my 2 bowls I call say they will fix it to come back tomorrow I call to make sure they have chicken tonight as the ran out last night I am put on hold for 20 mins then nobody answers the phone … Not to mention I Uber everywhere so I’m spending more money to get what I already paid for this is very unexceptionable

If I could give zero stars I would . This place doesn’t even deserve my one star. Waited over 45 mins for 8 pc bucket 8 tenders 4 biscuits and a chicken sandwich. They need to get it together. As I was waiting inside for my order they were all scrambling. Nobody communicated w each other so therefore no one knew what was what . Never ordering here again

Employees raise their voice at us when we told them that they overcharged us. And then told us since we use the kiosk they told us to use the place the order we couldn’t get a refund. They yelled at us and argued with us. We will never be back for this location ever again. Horrible food horrible service horrible everything. Avoid at any costs. Or just go to the Popeyes right next door. Everybody here needs to be fired and rehired and also with proper customer service training.
