What a charming spot! Went for dinner, had reservations, & were seated eight minutes before our dining time! Amiable wait-staff, & phenomenal host. The food was tremendous. We enjoyed everything we ate. Definitely try the focaccia bread & olive oil trio. Thoughtful cocktails, & an extensive wine-list. Wheelchair accessible, & gender-neutral washrooms! The place packed out, but never felt too crowded. Nimble staff maneuvered through the space well, & we had no hiccups during our dining experience. Delightful dessert options (orange olive oil cake) & a solid selection of digestifs. Will definitely return.

Best pasta in Charlotte. The portion was good as well. Would also recommend Burrata as the appetizer – the orange sauce gave it a unique taste and the bread was great.

I’ve always been hesitant with the self proclaimed “regional” Italian restaurants. It was funny that our waiter felt the need to clarify that their menu was not like Olive Garden and gave us the 10 minutes history of the place. I thought then it would be another overhyped miss. Well, to the point: I was wrong. Ever Andalo surpassed all expectations by a good mile. Experiences and dinner as good as this was, hardly comes by. We shared several dishes and each one was as flavorful as the next. I don’t remember our waiter’s name, but he was one of the most charismatic and friendly William Wallace looking gentleman ever. A must visit restaurant in CLT.

I moved from New York City to Charlotte North Carolina almost 2 years ago, and to be quite honest, I have not frequented many Italian establishments. My family is off the boat from Naples and Sicily and no one could cook as well as my Aunt Nancy and my grandma. I’ve been wanting to try Ever Andalo for awhile now and finally went with a bunch of girlfriends and I have to say it was an unbelievable experience. I was at the crêpe cellar before I moved here and I cannot believe how they transformed the space. The space now is very inviting & light and airy. They have almost mirrored a Trattoria in Italy. My only complaint was after 830, it got very loud, but it was still great. Our server Max was extremely attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. I don’t know a lot about Italian wines but he steered us in the right direction. My friend is also gluten intolerant so he was very aware about that and gave her a lot of options including a gluten-free menu. The food was superb. We shared the roasted oysters, the burrata and the beets. The oysters were cooked perfectly. They had a great flavor. The burrata was creamy and flavorful. They also had gluten-free bread and my GF friend was thrilled. We loved the salt roasted beets. They were cooked perfectly and not mushy. I was super excited to try the pasta and I had the Pappardelle with meat sauce. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the meat sauce was delicious. It wasn’t cheap but they gave you a generous portion. I also had a side of the eggplant rollatini. It was very good. I liked the red sauce that came with it. I also got the cheese cloud which is basically grated cheese. I thought $3 was a little steep but was worth it. Their cocktails were really great too. I’m normally not a gin drinker but the martini was fantastic. The margarita and the spring flying were great too! I will definitely go back and try other things!

While I certainly miss Crepe Cellar… Ever Andalo is a worthy replacement. The menu has a lot of variety, the food seems to be very carefully homemade, which is what you want when going for good Itlian food. Great wine and beer list. The cocktail I had, Spring Fever, was refreshing and light. The cannolis were certainly good… but there’s some room for improvement. I’d rate the cannolis 4 out of 5. If you’re near NoDa, definitely check this place out.

We just went to Italy a month ago and were nostalgic for some of the authentic Italian cuisine we had. Ever Andalo did not disappoint. We got the burrata, which has a delicious orange twist to it and the bread was perfectly charred + soft. We also got the Whole Fried Artichokes, Sunny Cavatelli, Tiramisu and Orange Olive Oil Cake. All was truly outstanding!

4.5 is what I really want to rate it but 4 will have to do. I’ve been here twice in the last month and both visits were wonderful. Alex was our server both times and he’s a delight. My first visit was for cocktails and focaccia only. The focaccia was glorious with a pile of salt and an olive oil flight.

We had a really great experience at Ever Andalo, the food and drinks were delicious and the service was top notch. It was busy but the food came quickly, highly recommend making a reservation if you’re going to go during a busy time.
