Decent burger place in Springdale. I got the double cheeseburger combo. The burger was alright, but the fries were not that good. Also, the price is not as good as some of the other reviews made it out to be. Other than that, staff were friendly and the place was clean and had a good atmosphere.

Just what we were looking for! We had the Mushroom Swiss Burger Combo and the Frito Pie. Both were really good. Prices are still really reasonable.

Patrick’s or Westside ? Both of them are great ! It was my first time here and I enjoyed it. I ordered the Double Bacon Cheese Burger with crinkle cut fries and a coke. Burger was just fine! The Scenery of the restaurant is very unique . The tables even promote local businesses !

This review isn’t about the food, it’s about the owner/manager. Why are you lowering yourself to try and get back at customers who leave bad reviews and former employees and their friends and the competition. You should be standing head held high and proud for your businesses success. Leaving back biting, asinine sounding claptrap just paints you and your restaurant in a bad light. By all means acknowledge the bad reviews. Tell them their experience was beyond your control and offer them a chance to have you fix it. You lose business when you attack them. Plus if a real issue civil court would be a better recourse. When I read the things as you’ve posted… you’ve lost my business before I have even been in the restaurant. Just saying. A little for thought. And take care of your employees, free food and livable wages, and time off. Proper treatment and your business will thrive.

Had lunch with a friend here last week, was the first time either of us had been here. I have always heard that they have great burgers. That is no joke, and they aren’t skimpy either! Prices are very reasonable and the staff is awesome too. And don’t forget to get a fried pie! The coconut is amazing 🙂

Our absolute favorite place to get a cheeseburger. We’ve been coming here since we were kids. We always get the double cheeseburger meal & onion rings. So good.

The pros: Excellent burger that was made to order and served hot and juicy. The patties appear to be handmade and they didn’t skimp! Perfect meat to bun ratio and the toppings were fresh. I had a daily special that included a double cheeseburger, fries, and a large drink. At $8.00 it is an unbelievable value!
