Many people from Santa Ana talk about Sarinana’s. I’ve frequented the area and have stopped by a few times. I was nearby today and decided to drop by. I was there at 7:50am in the morning and didn’t think it was open, but it was. I ordered some tacos to go with the salsa on the side.

We received the Instagram link from a friend, knowing that we are staying in Santa Ana, we wanted to try Mexican local food.

Not normally a hard shell taco eater, but these were EXCEPTIONAL! They were recommended to me and did not disappoint. It was so good because we ate it there when they were almost too hot to hold. The service was also great and food was served quick. Street parking was also very easy.

I never thought I’d find a place that would serve food as close as frozen taquitos from Costco. Place looks homey with friendly people, but food did not make up for it unfortunately. The cheap food did make sense of the cheap price. Maybe I just came at a bad time

Great local place with obvious history and a lot of character. The tamales and enchiladas are unique and delicious. I’m not a big sweet/savory guy, but their cloying enchilada sauce did it for me, super interesting. The crunchiest hard shell tacos out there and we had the large hibiscus tea as well which was definitely check them out!

I’m not usually a fan of hard shell tacos, but these were AMAZING! They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. It was especially delicious because we ate it when they were almost too hot to hold. The service was also excellent, and the food arrived quickly. There was also plenty of street parking.

The flavor from 1939 is still alive in the food and service. A must place to experience true authentic Mexican food. Freshly prepared for every order. Don’t be in a rush, just forget about time and travel back with this great place to eat.

Love this place and been coming here since the 00’s. They have flavorful crispy hard tacos that are fresh fried around the meat! The tamales have a more flavorful savory masa than most others. The salsa comes in helpful squirt bottles and is the perfect spicy peppery complement. Always fresh and full of flavor! The neighborhood keeps getting nicer as well.
