It was a late Saturday night on the 10th of June, an unfortunate con when living in a small town is after 11pm everything is closed, but I thought “what better alternative than pizza on a warm late night?” I took advantage of a deal Domino’s had on their app for 2 X-Large pizzas and chose this location to pick them up from. Usually I have no notes on this location but it’s true how one bad visit can alter or (for lack of a better word) spoil your perception on a place. When I got there my pizza wasn’t ready, it was plenty orders on-screen so I empathized, understood, and waited in my car. It took about 15-20 minutes but it was worth the wait if it was hot or so I thought. I came down with food poisoning and was on bed rest for 2 days. It isnt my intention for this to come off as a slam piece or a demand for a refund, its a cry that you do better. As a business who has everyday consumers investing in you, your service, you owe it to them to supply the best product possible. I hope by now you have.

Got delivery about 3 days ago and had ordered some chicken carbonara pasta. I took a bite and bit down on something hard and it appeared to be a black acrylic fingernail!!!!! I almost broke my tooth!!! Pictures to prove it! Was going to rate them 1 star for this object in my food however I called and they gave me free pasta so I decided to bump the star up to 2. I don’t know if I will eat here again.

Probably one of the best experiences I have had yet at Dominos. I ordered 10 pizzas for a school band that stayed late on a Friday late afternoon not knowing how short staff they were. Only two people working with maybe three delivery guys and they were rocking it. Did they get behind? Yes! But not by much and friendly as time allowed. No customers complained. Manager and staff person made them as fast as possible and just kept on with positive attitude. Amazing. Hats off!!

I gave them a 1 because there is no 0. I spent $24 including tip for a small/ medium pepperoni pizza that was 25 minutes later than the longest time I was told. I ordered extra cheese, didn’t happen. I paid for it though. And the pizza was cold, not cool. I live 4 minutes from there and it was horrible. It took an hour and 15 minutes. I was told 30-42 minutes. Then no one would respond to my message about the horrible pizza and service.

Domino’s has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE to order from both online and over the phone. When you try to call in an order you speak to a robot and they can’t understand half of what you’re saying. When you try to order online, you constantly get redirected to a page asking if you want a future order or to order now. No matter what you click on, it repeatedly sends you to this page. So even if you want to order Domino’s you can’t do so successfully without wanting to rip your hair out and lose your appetite!!!! Even when I placed my order over the phone, when I went to pick it up, it was wrong. I guess the “robot” AND the customer service rep I spoke with after getting aggravated, both could not get my order correct. He could barely speak English and asked to put me on hold NUMEROUS x.

Ordered a pizza, showed up an hour later and they hadn’t even started on it. Didn’t inform us, just said they’re behind and it’d be another hour. I’d give them another chance but this is the 3rd time they gave us this excuse. Will not be back.
