It was hot inside poor kids must have been miserable, the pizza dough was not cooked throughly, which I realized after i got home…i had to bring it back. They did apologize. It just took double the time before I could feed my family.

Very disappointed….1st, I only went inside because I was craving a pretzel crust pizza….in which, they had stickers and posters all over suggesting that they had it still. Then the person at the counter asked the manager on duty, in which they said it is probably only offered online, to which I immediately brought up the app on my phone ….only to be shot down one last time with a ” this store does not have online ordering available yet” …. FRUSTRATING….cuz I have only EVER ordered online, but now….just ooommpphh.

I know I shouldn’t expect a lot. I mean, it’s a cheap pizza for a cheap price. But, the worker behind the counter was slovenly, unfriendly, disorganized, and made a show of throwing the utensils and pizzas (boxed) up against the counter wall. One of the other employees came up to the front counter and cleaned up a bit, but it’s still a mess. I guess that’s why I only stop in about once every 2 years.

I’ve been to a lot of different Little Caesars around the US I’ve traveled a lot been to a lot of Little Caesars and this one by far is the best one I’ve ever ordered from it tastes so much different than any other Little Caesars I’ve had the dough the sauce everything was way more fresh It had way better of a taste than any other Little Caesars I’ve had hands down

Ordered wings with our pizza and they were not cooked all the way. We bit into then to find they were still pink on the inside. I tried calling the store and I waited for about 10 minutes and no answer.

Call to place order waited on the hold for over 35 minutes. Got to the store while still on hold and waited in the store still on hold only to be told that it is a 45 min wait for a hot and ready. Ask the employee is see the phone works but no one know how to pick it up. Now we I will have to wait an additional 45 min for my pizza since they can’t afford to have someone operate the phone for paying customers. This is a prime example of poor customer service.

No matter what day it is their credit card machine is always down. All I had was a 100 bill. The employee said that they couldn’t break it they didn’t have it. So I asked how long the credit card machine was down they said all day. I said, so you mean to tell me that all day you have only accepted cash for everyone’s order and it’s now going on 8pm and you don’t have 68.00 dollars in your register to give me back change for a 100. They said no. So I went to the ATM and withdrew 40.00 went back and got home to burnt cold pizza. I rarely leave bad reviews but this is something that happens almost every time I visit this establishment.
