The subs here are fantastic! Melty and gooey cheese steak and it was cooked to perfection. The natural cut fries were also really tasty. They also give the options of malt vinegar for the fries. Come and enjoy!

Overall a good place to get a great sandwich. I have been here twice and both times the sandwich have been really good. I gave it a 4 because they still require you to wear a mask but overall a great place.

I put salt and pepper on my fries and shook it. My container was 2/3rd full. I got jipped on expensive fries!!! My sandwich wasn’t cut either…

Pretty solid Philly cheese steak. I grew up in Baltimore and also lived just south of Philly for 10 years. 🙂

Took 30 minutes to get my sandwich and fries, average busy, manager yelling at everyone, employees were told to stop selling fries, guys that n the sandwich line have no clue how to be expedient, line of people waiting, just joking around, nothing prepared ready to go, several people left because they waited for a while for someone to take their order. 5 people behind the counter. This is the second time I have come to this location, the first time I left because I waited 10 minutes to have my order taken. It will take you the entirety of your lunch to wait on your order. Franchise owner needs to step up and run their business. Do not come here.

So I left a 1 star earlier, mainly because the rudeness of the staff asking “do you have a mask, if not then take one from here if you want to eat here the owner requires it.” The sandwich was pretty darn good, but customer service a little challenging to deal with, but I wore their mask as requested out of respect. So I added my review while in the restaurant based on my personal opinion of their requirements and the professionalism of the staff about it and the owner approached me about it while I was still eating. First round was a bit rude, then a second discussion went a little better and we agreed to disagree, but he was willing to come out and have an adult conversation with us about it. If I could suggest anything to this owner, it would be to approach this a little more professionally. Instead of snarky comments, understand why people give you the reviews they do. That’s business and all business owners and managers need to practice this more. Had the owner came to me and said “I saw your review, help me understand how you came to this conclusion so I can consider your concern, that would have made me change my review immediately. Professionalism and customer service is key to success. Taking offense and making sarcastic comments gets you nowhere. Consider other opinions and do good research before going with your requirements. JUST MY OPINION

It was the best sandwich I’ve ever eaten. I’m on a trip and all I’ve been thinking about is if there is another restaurant on my way. The people were very pleasing also. I visited the restaurant in st.louis. I will for sure never forget it. Thank you!

Yes, they require masks for now, but guess what they are a private business they are not beholden to you. If you don’t agree you can turn around and go somewhere else. No one is stopping you but yourself. I bet everyone giving one stars because of the mask requirement would be some of the first to complain if a place was being forced to do business that went against a religious, political, or other personal belief of the owner. I don’t agree with it and I respect their choice. I chose to dine somewhere else because of it, but in the future if they ever rescind the policy I might swing by. So props to the owner. I give 5 stars for sticking to your beliefs and freedom to exercise them.
