It was nice to have a person at the counter. They do have 2 kiosks for ordering but also a live person. May not mean much to most people but being old school I prefer a person. Kiosks takes a ton of time, size of drink frys pickle onion. If I order #1 that’s what I want. Store was clean and fast service.

Usually this location does great but tonight was just something else. After we ordered we got our bag with 3 things missing. After trying to prove our point to the cashier and paying more we drove off still missing a dipping taco. Although I’m front of our eyes on the ordering screen they entered everything correctly, they claimed it wasn’t on the screen. Very disappointed. Just got home and there’s like nothing in the taco and nothing in our quesadillas. And I’m not exaggerating

Same O atmosphere same service as other restaurants or fast food joints. Would you please quit taking away things that we like like the? Sauce of Verde as a big one and bring back some of the old stuff. If you’re gonna always have the same things on the menu bring back something old bringing back the Mexican pizza was a good idea but you changed it up. Totally taste different.

Everytime we pick-up our order, the potatoes are hard as a rock, the tortillias are hard and nothing is ever fresh. They mix up the orders on the boxes and we end up having to go through everything and separate it. This store needs to get it together. People pay money for fresh food not old, hard food that you can’t even eat!

Andover KS location: Portion size falling while prices increase. Here’s a photo of meat and cheese taco our granddaughter ordered. A bit hard to see, but only around 2 teaspoons of ingredients. Hard seats. Service lacking.

If I could give a negative I would!!! The staff has absolutely no personality. They seem irritated to even do there job. Not all of them are this way, but the majority are. The burritos have minimal filling in them and the same with the tacos. God forbid they give you your straw for you drink while you’re for them to give you your order. When asking for it I was told it will be in the bag! I told them I understood that, but would like to have it so I could take a drink while waiting. I was again told it will be in the bag. The guy handing my wife and I our food was just rude and wouldn’t budge on a dang straw! Then we asked for soft tacos and they gave us hard, they kept the receipt, we literally went from the drive thru to the front door to tell them. They argued with us about not having a receipt even though they just saw us. What a joke of a fast food restaurant. Andover TB is horrible.

This location has very polite staff and quicker service compared to other locations in Wichita. They have not messed up my orders at all yet even when it gets busy. Although my family said the portions have gotten skimpy, they still enjoyed the food.

To the Management of this taco bell, your employees are rude and clearly not up on their trainings. We simply mentioned that we were gonna order the free taco provided by TMobile Tuesdays which I remembered that needed to be done through the app. Your employee responded with “you can only do that on tuesdays” with a rude tone. I proceeded to mention that am a TMobile employee and was going to clarify what the offer says. She cut me off and said “thats great but the email I got said that we can only accept the offer on Tuesdays” in an even more rude tone. Tmobile intentionally did not limit that offer on tuesdays so that your stores would not be overwhelmingly swamped on one day of the week. Needless to say as someone who works customer service, and is one the the best at it in my building, we will not be coming back. Also I’ve included a screenshot with the clear terms of the offer. Im sorry I don’t have a name to provide, I drove off while she was talking as my wife and i were appalled at how rude she was.
