About one and every three times I go, they screw up something. Even got hashbrowns. One day that had ice in the center of them. I get the same thing every day today asked me three times how I wanted my coffee at the window and still messed it up. Check your orders before you leave ice coffee today never received a straw got pumpkin they only put one shot of pumpkin in it.

The staff is always amazing and accurate. Very friendly and patient. The line moves fast and the restaurant is always clean. I have gone out of my way so many times just to have these beautiful young ladies to make my coffee on point. I am a bratt when it comes to my coffee and its always perfect. The manager runs a tight ship and the hard work from the staff shows how much they care about their customers. Awesome job everyone!!

I ordered munchinks ahead of time for my mom to pick up for an event. I had it set for her to walk in and she said the staff wasn’t very helpful. It wasn’t very busy, but to someone who doesn’t order ahead much anymore, it would be nice to have a little more guidance on what you’re supposed to do once you arrive.

Waited 20 mins for my order. Paid over $5 for a maple bacon sandwich with Xtra maple bacon and I get home and they gave me a regular bacon egg and cheese with no Xtra bacon so I basically paid an Xtra $3 for a reg sandwich I don’t get how these ppl can get paid 14 an hour when half of them r to incompetent to do the simplest of tasks it’s pathetic. Went through drive thru to get 2 coffee drinks, a donut and bagel (over $13). Left and started smelling a burnt smell so pulled over and bagel was burnt. So I then checked my coffees and 1 was wrong. So I turned around and this time went inside and explained what happened and they gave me another coffee which was correct but the bagel went from burnt to not toasted so this time I didn’t go back as I was already at my destination. What a waste of time and money.

They mess up my order every time I go. Today, they gave me a large straw for a small coffee and I asked politely if I could have a smaller straw and the girl at the drivethru was very rude and said “No.” She didn’t even explain why she couldn’t. She gave me a dirty look as soon as I asked. What horrible customer service! Never coming back.

Ordered an iced dark roast, which is my go-to at any Dunks, and it was easily the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted. It was like drinking used engine oil. Dumped the whole thing and it took me 30min+ to get that taste out of my mouth.
