I had great experiences with Pizza Hut until the delivery driver for my contactless delivery put my delivered pizza on top of my trash can. That was gross, disgusting, unacceptable, and unsanitary.

They didn’t charge my card, pizza flat like plastic,proofed wrong bad taste raw cheesesticks.bottoms white and doughy. So tired of the only pizza hut in town serving low quality food every single time.I love Pizza hut. Think I’ll drive to Mineola next time.

Website says you have to ask/click for advertised prices. But, they don’t honor website prices if you call and ask, or ask in store. You have to order online or have a coupon for advertised prices. Pizza is fine, bait and switch, not so much.

The bread sticks barely had any parmesan and seasonings. There isn’t enough sauce for them anymore. Too much oil. The bread on both the hand tossed and bread sticks seemed like they didn’t rise or something. The oil amount might have been fine if the bread had risen higher but they were both flat. Wings were good though.

Extremely disappointed with this location! I have a family of 6. I placed an order at 9:55 a.m. and it asked me to pick a delivery time. I chose 10:30 as we only live 5 minutes from the restaurant. By 11, we were getting frustrated because it was still showing that it was being made. So, my husband reached out to pizza hut and they said that they don’t have a delivery driver until 11:30 but that she would need 10 minutes to make our food and would be on the way. We waited until 11:30 when the lady called us and said that she was at the gate in Hideaway but couldn’t get in because she didn’t have a driver’s license and asked if we could meet her. I was involved in a car wreck and we are working to replace our car. That is the whole reason we ordered delivery. She said that she would bring it back and let the delivery driver bring it. At 11:50 we received a call from her again stating that no one at Pizza Hut had a driver’s license so she would be cancelling our order. We had 4 kids waiting for 2 hours for food. Everyone was starving and now I have to order from another place and wait for them to cook and deliver it. How do you offer delivery but not make sure that your drivers carry a driver’s license??? That is absolutely ridiculous! I put two stars only because Pizza Hut as a chain has great food. This location definitely disappointed us today!

I have been a customer and fan of this location and its management/employees for many years now and have nothing but praise and respect for the way they conduct themselves and the quality of their product. I have NO IDEA what the preference or reward difference would define the area of importance between AGREE or STRONGLY AGREE. If an affirmative response is a positive direction to a direct question, not sure what tagging it with STRONGLY would do to support my already favorable satisfaction with all aspects of Pizza Hut-Lindale. I recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone in my area that needs/wants great pizza and service, NO NEED to keep reminding them how STRONGLY I feel about them believing me.
