Reflections of a simple mind

Clean and spacious McD, with friendly staff. Well maintained restrooms. There is touch screen kiosks available for placing the orders. They even have fall decorations throughout, giving the place nice positive ambience.

I normally expect excellent fast service at any McDonalds. This one? Seemed chaotic in the kitchen. Customers having to wait at the counter with nobody waiting on them. Meanwhile employees just feet away ignoring the customers. Seemed to be managed poorly.

Easily 5 stars for a McDonalds. Always clean, always fast, always kind or even very kind staff. It’s McDonalds so you should be able to expect what you will get, this location is one that does it consistently well. Probably the most frequented business in Fairmont, MN, so the drive through can get full for it being a small town, but moves so fast it’s not a big deal. The inside can get quite full at rush times though, and as someone who doesn’t love eating McDonald’s with a dozen or two people watching me I tend to avoid the inside – usually clean though. Overall simply one of the best of the many McDonalds locations I’ve visited in my life.
