Absolutely fantastic! We went for beers at Zerp Gravity and Queen City. Then as a bonus ended up with amazing pizza to go along with the great beers! Maple pizza is out of this world..not too sweet, right amount of bacon and the apple slice topped each slice off wonderfully.

I’m an out of state reviewer but I’ve just about had all the pizza here in my one month stay and I keep coming back here. Their crust isnt completely black on the bottom. It’s just the right amount. They are a little pricey but to me, it’s worth it for the quality. I got the margherita pizza and CYO. Both were excellent. Good selection of beverages as well. Garlic knots were SUPER garlicky but also very good.

Delicious pizza and a very cool atmosphere. It’s attached to a brewery and they have many great beer options on tap. The vibe is casual, you order at a counter and it makes it really easy to eat with a group.

Wood fired pizza and it’s not burned! Yay! My husband enjoys building our own. So delicious. We’ve been twice and the service is excellent. Give it a try!!

great pizza with paper thin crust – almost feels like a flatbread. its all about the toppings here and there are some really great and creative za’s! yum. very easy to place a takeout order, you just go to the window and they have it there staying warm 🙂

This used to be my favorite restaurant! That was until they informed me that my regular order has always had meat in it. After I had taken my first bite and seen hot sausage on it.

Ordered 2 large pizzas and they both came with missing toppings. Staff asked if this was a deal breaker for both pizzas after they were made and delivered to our table. This makes zero sense. Why didn’t they ask us before the pizzas were made? We could have ordered something else. We ended up asking for a bowl of roasted veggies to add to our pizzas because they both were missing something. Rating a 3 because it was not terrible but the experience leaves a lot to be desired.

Overall I would say this was a 3 star experience. We enjoyed our pizza and salad but the meatballs were not great. The space was very clean and the decor was nice and modern. The shared bathrooms with Queen City were clean and we appreciated the general neutral aspect and the baby changing mat. We found it annoying that they did not have a beer list, so we were trying to read the taps while people were waiting impatiently behind us. The worker was a little unsure about which beers were on tap. Even a handwritten list or a quickly typed up paper would have been super helpful. There were tons of employees, maybe as many as customers when we got there, so it seemed like someone could have done that easily. The main thing we found completely obnoxious was the lack of high chairs. We’ve been all over town all week and this is the first time this has happened to us, even at small breweries that barely had any food we found high chairs, so to walk into a pizza place and be told they don’t have high chairs is completely baffling. We only came here because our kids were hungry and other places we wanted to go weren’t serving dinner yet. In hindsight we should have just waited. It wasn’t terrible, but with so many other wood fired pizza options in the area, we wouldn’t bother going back.

Tried pizza 44 for the first time a couple of days ago and I was pleasantly surprised at how good it is. The pizza was cheesy, the pepperoni was nice and spicy, and the crust was well cooked. I think the crust is the most critical aspect of a good pizza and Pizza 44 had a nice, crisp, wood oven crust which was appreciated. Too often are pizzas loaded with toppings and the crust is a soggy, floppy mess ruining the pizza. That is not the case at Pizza 44.
