Food was really good service was even better, but 48.00 got 2 burgers and 2 fries!? That’s way to much for a hamburger in a fast food setting.. I guess it’s really good if you can afford 50 bucks for only 2 people to eat…

Had a great experience the other day at 5 guys. I got to talk to a manager (Tempest) because of my food allergy. She took care of the burger herself and mad my experience worth the 35 minutes drive! She was awesome. And after I was done eating she thanked me from coming and told me to have the great rest of my day! Tempest great job and great customer service

Five Guys, your burgers are good. Hell, they’re really good! A fresh ground meat patty cooked just like a juicey homemade cheeseburger your momma use to cook on the stove. Delicious! The fries were cut fresh, fried, and seasoned. If your getting the cajun fries, tell them light on the seasoning. I like spice (heat) not a lil heat and a ton of salt. My wife’s regular salted fries were alright. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The seating gives you the feeling I should have got it to go, BUT I needed that seating when I looked at the bill! It was OVER $40 for me and my wife. For 2 Cheeseburgers, 1 – small (1 meat patty), and 1 – regular (2 meat patties), 2 large fries (1 – cajun and 1 – regular salt) and 2 small drinks. Over $40! And we didn’t get a free t-shirt, cup or hat. Me and the wife just wanted to check it out so I paid for it. Yes, the burgers are really good, but the Burger meal shouldn’t be $20 a person.

I could only review the service since I never got any food. After waiting 5 minutes at the counter and two employees sitting in the front and doing nothing and another walking up front and looking at me and going back to the back of the place, I walked out. What a joke of a fast casual restaurant.

I have read the reviews here and wonder what these people are thinking!?!? This IS NOT corporate death burger! This is freshly prepared and presented in front of you when you order food!!!! The employees always have a great attitude when I come in, and make sure everything is as I wanted it. Don’t forget the peanuts while they prepare your meal!

Didn’t get to eat Five Guys today. Saturday night at 6:30PM and they were already closed for some reason, despite their door saying they are open 7 days a week from 11AM to 10PM.

I love waiting nearly 40 minutes for my single cheeseburger and fries order. This place is so disorganized they kept sending out incomplete orders, nobody had any sense of urgency and were working at a snails pace. Oh and you could see they have broken equipment! I generally like five guys but this is one I won’t be returning to.
