Mom and Pop pizzarias like this are so underappreciated. I had a great pepperoni pizza. It was cheesy, the dough was fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the outside, the pepperoni has that nice saltiness, the sauce was flavorful, and also the crust had a nice hint of sweetness to it. Also the service is top notch and the guy even gave me a water while I waited. Overall I’d go back to this place.

Let me preface… I took into consideration that this was an Uber Eats Delivery order. I’m always very fair with my reviews & I believe it’s important to be honest. I also told the restaurant the same feedback even before I posted this review. Also I’ve eaten at another location before & it was significantly better.

We’re trying this place again after a year because they had horrible customer service but we thought with a pickup order we would be OK. I ordered online, got a confirmation they received it, sent my daughter to pick it up and she was told they never received the order we had to submit our receipts so they would make the food I was already charged for and then they said it would be 30 minutes, wouldn’t speak to me on the phone, only my minor daughter and didn’t offer us anything for the inconvenience. This is not the first issue we’ve had. While they sometimes have great lemon pepper wings it’s not worth all of this to get it.

I wish i could put 0 stars on this review. I ordered a delivery order through their website. Shortly after i got texts saying door dash is delivering order. I understand places that use third party delivery service to help grow business. Where it started going wrong was when i got text messages from door dash saying my order was cancelled. After calling the store they were unable to provide a straight answer on where the order went. The door dasher picked up the order then canceled it on door dash side. Brothers pizza said order was not canceled and could not find order. They also refused to remake order without additional payment. After several phone calls to the store they were unable to come up with a solution. I drove down to the store myself and spoke with cashier amber and store manager artee. I was on the phone with artee and was told he wasn’t able to do anything to compensate and door dash was responsible for the refund. As a store, they are held responsible to make sure the correct pick up person is getting the correct order and orders are being delivered. After leaving the restaurant without a refund or food that was paid for, i called door dash customer service and after going back and forth for an hour it came up as the restraunt was responsible for the refund. I have tried calling the store back to ask where the refund is but no one was answering the phone. I am never coming back here again as they do not have any idea what good customer service and are just trying to take peoples money with no service in return

I walked in and quickly I was told the waiting periods was 40 minutes before my would begin. Then the wait for my food to begin and I was ordering a large Stromboli, so my wait increased even more and I have not tasted your food for me to wait that long. Thanks for the customer service.

The pizza had good flavor but I was disappointed, I ordered the pepperoni pizza. It has very little pepperoni! The employees were courteous and professional. Brothers if you read this please put more meat on your pizza.
