We recently ate at the Chipotle located close to the Fairfield Commons Mall, Beavercreek, Ohio. Our food was exceptional; the restaurant was refreshingly clean; the service was excellent; and the interaction with the servers was especially pleasant. The staff was alert to the needs at the drink station and waste containers. This is a huge improvement to several months ago. Thank you to the staff members for making our dining experience at the Beavercreek Chipotle enjoyable. We commend the staff for a job well done.

I love chipotle, I really do. I eat there an average of at least one time per week. I have two in close proximity and unfortunately this one is the closest. I’ve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. They frequently are out of ingredients and I’ve rolled with it. No chicken, fine I’ll get pork or beef. Out of one kind of beans, I’ll go with the other. But today there is no excuse, it’s just really bad management! Today there were out of all rice, both brown and white for lunch. I asked how long until they get rice back in and the employee said a day or two. This is NOT a supply chain issue, this is just plain lazy and poor managers. It’s not the employees fault and I feel bad for them as this is probably the nail in the coffin. Chipotles base of everything they do is rice. It’s the cheapest ingredient they have and usually makes up 70% of nearly every dish they sell. I watched as dozens of hungry patrons turned around and left. It’s like a pizza place running out of cheese. You’re not going to sell much without your main ingredient. Thankfully there is another location just 1.5 miles further, but it’s a shame. This place used to be good. I hope they fire the managers quickly and hire competent people before this location closes permanently. It’s not for lack of customers willing to pay, it’s just really bad people in charge of running the place.

They’ve never missed. I sometimes run into chipotles with a barbacoa that is different, but this is the BEST and my bowls have always been perfect. I will drive further from wherever I am to go to this location!!

I’ve been repeatedly disappointed by this location. I don’t bother ordering online anymore because the bowls are always extremely small and one time I went to take a bite and it tasted absolutely disgusting. I can’t even describe the taste. I’m not sure if the rice was watered down or what, but I had to throw the bowl away, because it was inedible. I resigned myself to just going in person to order, but even that has become a headache. I went last night around 8:30pm and there were only two other people in front of me. There were 3 or 4 employees there and they were acting super nonchalant, just joking with one another, acting like there wasn’t a care in the world. It took me over 20 min just to order my food. I’m not sure what’s going on with this location, but my bad experiences have spanned across several months. I’ve just decided that I’ll go to the one down on Colonel Glenn from now on. They seem to be much better at that location.

Place was dirty, and I had to continually ask for more, rice, beans,veggies, corn.. I mean a part of the spoon-full is no good. The burritos being made were nasty looking. I ordered chips and guacamole, they started to ring up my order I told the man hey I need my chips, he said we’re out. But your going to just charge me anyway, I said CHIPS AND GUAC! Just an awful night for this store.

Me and my dog TJ had food from Chipotle again today. We love the food and we love that they get our orders right because they take it as we watch them make it. Always pet friendly and always great customer service. Is this location is hiring as money or because they are short staffed, however we did not feel the effect of that from our visit to the restaurant. Family friendly, couple friendly, anyone is welcome. A way to clean restaurant and great food product.

I always knew this location was kind of hit and miss, but tonight they put the nail in the coffin for us. I order a bowl with chicken x1 and steak x1 and my husband gets steak x2. There was LITERALLY 2 peices of meat on his bowl. I’m not exaggerating…two pieces. I ordered on the app and, unfortunately, there is no simple way to let them know their mistake.

We were in there for about 45 minutes today. Sat down to eat. 2 of the 4 lemonades were empty. The employees were told about this multiple times but yet they were NEVER filled up. The two napkin dispensers were empty, this man asked for napkins. The employee then handed this man a SLEEVE of napkins he HAD to open HIMSELF!
