Ordered and paid for a hotdog. I guess they are out of buns. Instead of telling us that, and asking if we’d like something else… they just brought out a dry hotdogs cut into tiny pieces on a dry child size bun. Um… really? Should’ve asked us.

Cashier has no motivation, I had to keep reminding him that we were his customers, I’m surprised he even has the energy to stand. I ordered a BBQ burger and was given a plain burger. The other order was wrong also. We had to ask 3 times for drinks. Tables are dirty, floors are covered in trash. The walls in the kitchen look like they could use a good cleaning or to just be cleaned. The cooks seem to know what they are doing, although the orders were wrong it was still decent. The sign on the wall claims to be “The last great hamburger stand” I would have to say they are close to the bottom. On a scale of 1-10 they rate about a 3.

I had ordered UberEATS with them and I’m just amazed how they can charge 40$ for for what I got delivered to my house. First off they stacked my fry’s on top of a cold can of soda ( witch was $2.50, outrageous) witch made my food cold on it way here. Then I open my boneless chicken wings witch we’re 20 bucks, and you’d think they would be some food behind that 20 bucks right? Nope, they were at best the size of nuggets and if I were to guess the total amount you got for $20 on a 10 piece was 3 normal chicken strips from your local gas station. This was my first visit to a Fatburger. Oh-my-word that food! The burger was juicy and delicious. Cooked perfectly and to order. I was very surprised that we could choose either fat fries or skinny fries. I chose the fat, and the other family picked the skinny. Both were very tasty. And the milkshake – just yum . It was sad to see that they were short staffed. I am guessing that it has been like many other businesses these days since 2020. We came shortly after opening, and there were a couple of tables that had not been cleaned. Also, the light above the counter of the store logo was either not on or just out. Those are not enough to keep me from returning to a Fatburger again someday in the future. The food and service at the counter were just way too good to keep me away.

Not impressed. Bun was stale. Burger had too much mustard. Customer service wasn’t bad but wasn’t great either. They would probably be able to hear better if the music wasn’t blasting like a night club. The best thing I could say about this place was that the fries were hot.

Asked for a simple burger of meat, cheese, and the bun and somehow they still messed it up. When asked for it being fixed all the did was slap cheese on it, cheese didn’t even get to melt. Asked for boneless mild wings and ended up with bone-in medium wings. Very disappointing for the price. At least the fries and shake are good

If you’re looking for a damn good burger, maybe some buffalo chicken wings then this is the place. Service is pretty quick and even at prime lunch time they keep up with orders pretty quickly. It’s clean and got that 50’s diner feel. I’d choose Fat Burger any day over your traditional fast food joints. It’s a little more on the high-end price wise, but for $5+ meal over those other places you get much higher quality burger. Get greasy with a smile!
