Online it says they open at 10:30 and I got there at 10:59 and was told I had to wait 2 minutes while the guy chatted with some maintenance workers in the building. Weird vibes. They didn’t look ready at all. So glad I didn’t order ahead on Uber to pick up at 10:30 when I normally take a break cause on the Uber app it also says 10:30 so I would’ve been waiting an 30 extra minutes for my food.

Came on Friday about a half hour before closing. They had three staff doing nothing, and only a few stale leftovers for sale. Came the next day at lunch time, and they had one person doing both the cooking and serving. She was very diligent and friendly, but unable to keep up with either task. The line was very long and slow.

As a traveler from Taiwan, this is my first Chinese food in US, after about 2 weeks traveling in NY & Chicago. I must say the server here is very friendly and super nice, and the food, by Taiwanese criteria, is also very delicious. Highly recommended! (2019/6/12 18:08)

Good place for Americanized Chinese food, as long as you don’t mind a long wait in line at lunch time, and rather slow service, and potentially having to wait for them to prepare the item you want.

Some of the workers here think it is ok to serve their customers with 3 pieces of chicken on a dry rice bowl. Amazing this location can last.

Came to thisnplace almost 30 minutes before closing time and they did not have any food, only rice and noodles, I guess to say they where still open. Not a good way to do business Panda.

This location never seems to do anything right. Every single time I come over here they have only half of the menu and then when you ask them if they’re going to bring anything out they say no. The other day I came here and they closed 2 hours early. If you don’t like to do your job then don’t do it quit and find another one and get somebody in there that has some pride in work

Please change your Google map opening time! Says on Google map that opens at 11:00 on Sunday but the employee said they open at 12:30???????????? Such waste of time and maybe much better to just go somewhere else!!! Also do not go there in the afternoon cause they usually run out of food around 4, very very bad experience!

Why do they break noodles into the size of basmati rice? Every time I order I get the same tiny pieces of noodles which can’t be picked up by a fork. This is the worst Panda in the entire Chicago Land.
