Service was great, very positive. Table and seats were wiped down. Ordered boneless wings for appetizer and Scorpion Burger, which has some kick. Only complaint was the burger was cold as if it was sitting too long to cool down.

The food and service was good. Waitress was on top of refills and friendly. The atmosphere in whole is great. But it would be nicer if they turned the music down. Its nice to have in background. But it was so loud it made it difficult to visit with others at our own table. Also made it hard to hear the server and for her to here us.

I’m a five star guide because I work on my expectations are at the level of where I’m at. My expectations were not met. I did through a Monkey wrench in and ordered a pizza at Red Robin. However I did order a thin-crust pizza and it was not cooked long enough. It was good just not what i expected with Red Robin. Thank you for your amazing service. I will be back. Thank you Red Robin.

I have frequently visited this location over the years. I ordered a whiskey river BBQ for delivery. The burger I received has zero BBQ sauce and literally no haystack onions. Completely disappointed with the quality of the food. I attached a pic to show how few onions were on the burger. If this was brought to me in the restaurant I would have sent it back. But take out or dine in, the food quality and consistency should be the same.

Absolutely the worst Veg. Burger I’ve ever had. The patty was dry, tasteless and cold. The onions, tomatoes and lettuce was served separately and they didn’t seem freshly cut. The onion rings were okay but nothing great!! Never get the Veg Burger here again!!

The server came right away and I did not even have a chance to look at the menu, she also gave details about the food I did not even asked. She seemed very fake which I did not like. Not to forget that they messed up my friend’s drink 2 times. Obviously the girls serving do not pay attention which is so sad. Also, coming and checking on us too often made me feel like rushed. I was at this place for the first time, well…it’s also the last time. I ordered a burger which was ok, nothing special …sorry , I prefer In-and-Out. If I can make a suggestion, that would be to train the employees to care about the patrons and not just say things automatically, and to personalize each table experience.

We like this chain of restaurants. We hadn’t been to the one by Arrowhead Mall and we decided to try the out. We were pleasantly surprised with the attentiveness we received as well as how fast our food came out. We dined during their afternoon rush, which made it more impressive. We liked it very much and we’ll be heading back soon. Keep up the good work!
