placed my order through the drive thru and was directed to park in front of the restaurant and wait 15 min while chicken was ready. I waited about 25 minutes, still no order, went inside to follow up, and it turned out they had forgotten to get my order ready. Aside from that, as i was walking out, one of the workers locked the front doors so no one else could go in. mind the fact that they close at 9pm and this was at 7pm. plus, the place was a mess. lobby and kitchen looked so dirty.

This will be the 3rd time I have tried to eat at this place when I get off work at 8pm. They say they are open until 9pm but all three times the lights were all out outside, drive thru menu no longer lit but I see employees talking inside at 8:25pm ignoring me as if they do not want to serve a customer. NEVER COME HERE!

I ordered a famous bowl and it was absolutely amazing but the worker David (who was running drive through) was just super aggressive the whole time. I was also watching how he interacted with coworkers and he was even aggressive towards them. I don’t think I’ll return due to this man. Again though, fabulous famous bowl 🙂

They are in desperate need of an over haul. If you have 30 min plus to sit in the drive thru then ok! Inside is no better. 9/28 We were stuck in the drive thru for an hour!! When I asked what happened, the gal said the front wasn’t communicating to the cook the orders! Seriously!?!

Always clean easy to find just like another chain in the link nice staff sometimes always check your food don’t think your foods cook till you checked it stay safe inside is closed due to the virus always wash your hands and make sure you always say thank you to all the front line workers keeping all of us safe and fed we know we don’t want to work fast food but they’re saving us and keeping us fed God-bless us all

Not the first time this has happened at this store probably for me will be the the last. Chicken was dreadfully overcooked, we had asked for our bucket to be a mixture of crispy and original. We got all crispy,, way too crispy. We had family over and the kids wouldn’t even eat it. Ordered corn for one of our sides, and it looked like it was made yesterday and sat out overnight. We live just far enough away that I didn’t want to drive back, wasn’t worth going back for more of the same. We ate what we could stand and threw away the rest.

Mother of GOD where do I begin? Lets start with ours sides were wrong. My oldest daughters wings were overcooked to the point of being inedible. Same with my youngest daughters popcorn chicken. My chicken breast was dryer than 5 day old thanksgiving leftovers. And the nail in the coffin, they couldnt even properly make mashed potatoes.

HORRIBLE! Ordered 2 piece white meat original chicken in drive thru and the chicken is so burnt it can’t be eaten! Call the manager to discuss and was accused of yelling at her (Terry). Really!?! I did not even raise my voice. And you want to make $10-15 an hour for this? NEVER Again will I visit this establishment.
