It was empty, and the girls’ working would rather be on their phones than help the customers. The soda machine gave warm soda. The French fries were over salted and cold, and the nuggets were half burned. The only thing that wasn’t terrible was the sandwich. I love KFC, but not this one.

The cooking oil they use to cook the fries taste like they haven’t changed the oil in a month. I’ve worked in food for years so I recognize the taste of over spent cooking oil. The sandwich and the tea however were great.

First impression ! Dirty Dirty Dirty the floors to the walls and bathrooms so Filthy. Food was so saturated in grease and masked the chicken . The only thing that was not bad was the fountain drink.

They’re advertising new chicken new chicken nuggets…if at 1155 lunch Rush you can wait 8 minutes…..NO so after 2kfc tries I had to settle for long johns and it was stale and darn I wish I would have gone somewhere else anywhere..10 bucks down the drain.. did get some napkins

I ordered a 3 piece dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy, and green beans. I don’t live near a KFC, so I haven’t ordered from them for a while. I thought I would get two sides. They were out of punch, the only thing without caffeine, so I asked if I had to get a drink and was told that I didn’t. When I got home, I was so disappointed! I got 2 ribs and a leg. The chicken was so greasy, I had to remove the skin. I thought I’d get at least one white piece, but no. The biscuit wasn’t even edible. It was like a rock! I paid $8.47 for 3 small, greasy pieces of chicken and mashed potatoes. I couldn’t eat the biscuit and wasn’t given the green beans. I should have been told that I wouldn’t get 2 sides, and I should have gotten the green beans in place of the drink, which I’m pretty sure I paid for. All in all, it was terrible!

8/30/2020 7:35 pm. I experienced the rudest drive thru attendant of my life. After a very short exchange with this person I decided I will never visit this facility again. I will not spend my money with a business that hires disrespectful employees. I was perfectly polite and respectful but the female drive thru attendant was absolutely the rudest unfriendly person. Also the restaurant is filthy. Just look at the dirty windows or walk in a take a look.

I wouldn’t order from this place . Tonight I Ordered 8 piece meal I ordered 4 extra crispy drums & 4 extra crispy thighs which I got 5 little chicken wing thighs that you couldn’t even eat there was no meat and 2 legs I big breast and then I got 1 large mash potatoes and 1 large mac&cheese that wasn’t even half way filled.. So I tried to call and of course nobody answers. I’m not a person that normally doesn’t write bad reviews but this was just sad.

At first I had high expectations as this was the first KFC I had been too. As the stay went longer, things went worse. The floor, tables, and seats were disgusting. The food was ok, but some had problems. The mac and cheese was a bit watery and the sauce wasn’t great. It tasted like watered-down mustard. The chicken and the biscuit had to be the best part. They were good. When we got there, we has ordered the food online since we had to travel to get it. We got there and they didn’t give us sauce and additionally they gave us the food 10 minutes after the estimated time. It just wasn’t what I had expected from a store.
