The cooks are always great, very entertaining. However the serve I had was terrible. Forgot half of our parties drinks, never returned when we asked for silverware or when we asked where our soups and salads were. Our cook felt bad that they never returned so he helped us out and got them for us. (We had already had our veggies and rice and noodles on our plates by this time, when salad and soup is supposed to come first) other than that the food was great and the restaurant was very clean (except the bathrooms they had barely any soap and no paper towels whatsoever and a female server was vaping in the restroom)

I’ve had two orders in the past two weeks that I’ve decided I will never go to Saito’s again. I had a dead fly in my food tonight. Two weeks ago it was someone’s half eaten won tons with bite marks. Tyson, the manager offered to Uber the missing food to me. Waited two hours and no food came and no call back. I wonder if the business was sold to someone else.

With the constant smell of dust and mold it kills the appetite. The atmosphere is like a funeral. Flys and Nats are constantly flying by the food makes me really question the kitchen.The food was too salty and not cooked very well. The waitress kept asking me if I want the bill. It’s decent for food but definitely not coming back. Willing to give the location in Arlington, TN a try but no second chances for this place.

Excellent Hibachi chefs! Friendly, good with kids and made delicious food. Lost one star because the fountain drinks tasted… weird. Not awful, just off somehow. The location is great and the staff were also very friendly. We will definitely be back!

Large group for my daughters birthday. Everyone was very nice and flexible with seating, putting cake in freezer and kept drinks and needs met but allow us plenty of time to visit, open gifts and have cake. Excellent experience. Thank you.

Awesome family friendly place! My kids love hibachi places. We ordered a myriad of different dishes. The egg rolls were great, the hibachi was a1 and lots of food for the price point. My family loves Saito’s food and frequent it often – HOWEVER, we almost always have problems with the staff… The chef’s are fantastic, however the wait and service staff are always absent-minded highschool or early college ages kids who just can’t seem to get things right; forgetting ordered items, omitting parts of a full menu meal (i.e. soup and/or salad), requiring being flagged down to get a drink refill, forgetting requested items be brought until reminded numerous times, and just generally non-attentive.
