The food here is fantastic. Flavor is great, portions are great and the price is great. If you are in Bend visiting and sick of going to breweries and eating pub food or pizza I 100% recommend this place to switch things up. Really, really good food. The person who took our order did put in one wrong meal so messed up our order, the food was good so we didn’t care much and we also watched her texting on her phone while another customer was waiting to order, you also need to clear your own table of the dishes, etc. so these two circumstances are the reason for 3 stars on the service but the food is worth it.

It’s been fairly empty the two times I’ve eaten here, we ate just after and just before the dinner rush. I ordered the Bollywood bowl, and had them remove the yams and spinach, and swap the sauce for the nutritional yeast sauce. I loved it so much. I also ordered the queso dip, it’s delicious, almost spicy, but I’m very sensitive to spice. They give you a bowl of chips with it, and I think you can request more.

First time in. Two employees working, both said hello but then left me standing there having no idea how this operation worked. The blonde one with glasses is very curt like I was inconveniencing her by ordering. I was prompted for a tip… why?! Did you come back to fill up my water? No. I had to fill it up myself. Did you come back to see how my experience was? No. Thane please advise why we are prompted to tip before receiving food or service?? Nevertheless I provided one to avoid anyone spitting in my food. Finally I got my food and my quesadilla was cut in strips… causing the whole thing to fall apart. Who does that? I got the crunchero with added chicken. Luckily the food tasted good. Maybe get it to go? There appears to be no need to communicate with the staff if you are picking up an order.

I’ve consistently had great food since they opened their restaurant. I love their grilled chicken burrito and my husband usually gets the same thing, but with pork. Just recently we tried there salted chocolate chip cookies and they don’t get much better than those. I’ve also had great service as well!

Well, the food was good but the service was non-existent. This being my first time in the place and since it was just after 5 pm, I thought I would sit at the bar, and have a beer, chips and guacamole while I scanned the menu and decided on dinner. After 15 minutes and no one acknowledging I was there with anything as simple as a nood or a hello, even though they made themselves a smoothie and poured beer 3 feet in front of me I finally had to ask how to get a beer.

My favorite casual vegetarian/vegan restaurant in Portland! My favorite dish is the Thai Bowl since its vegan and gluten free and also delicious! Lots of options for those that do like dairy, meat, and gluten as well so don’t let that scare you off. Fresh squeezed juices, beer, and wine too! Healthy food that also tastes good, what more could you want!

The food is good but one too many poor experiences with our pick up orders. Most recently I ordered the comfort bowl and when I opened it up it was barely full. Not even halfway. My husband’s bowl, on the other hand, was full to the brim. Mine also looked like it had been spilled and was so sloppy looking. Extremely disappointed to pay a premium price for a 1/4 serving. I contacted the company but never received a response. Will stick to Active Culture from now on.

I enjoyed the Korean BBQ bowl, with shredded beef, served over Jasmine rice. It was very tasty! I got my veggie fix, and the bold flavors were delicious. Margaritas on the menu, but weren’t available the evening we dined, several big cookies as options for dessert. I will definitely come back for this dish again.

Always delicious food. It’s really nice to have a great place with healthy options in town, especially quick food! The employees are never very friendly and I always kind of feel like I’m a bother walking in the door. I bet it’s been a stressful time to work this last year. But I still come for the food. Maybe you’ll have better luck with customer service than I’ve had, and other than that, the food is great pictured is the crunchero quesadilla…yum!

I usually love this place. I love the Thai bowl with tofu and the the Korean BBQ bowl with tofu. Both so delicious. Today I came in and order the Korean BBQ with tofu and I did get tofu but there were also chunks of shredded beef in the bowl. Stuffed in the broccoli. I love laughing planet but I feel the bend branch has gone downhill. It seems lltheyve changed the way they cook the tofu as well. It was so much better the way they did it years ago. They’re usually great about keeping the meat out of your meal if you ask but today I had to dump my bowl out when I got home and weed through trying to find all the beef. Not the most fun but I won’t be wasting food I spend good money on.
