If you’re looking for a bang for your buck this is the place! My wife and I tried them for the first time today and I must say their portion size is phenomenal! She got the club & fries and it could have fed 2 people; I got the maple chicken tender sandwiche which is made with real maple syrup and the bun was to die for! The small poutine was a generous amount and absolutely amazing! We ended with cannolis and I can’t even describe how good they are. I would 100% recommend!

We were really excited to try it out because we had heard good things. Unfortunately, we were pretty disappointed. We went with a group, and received our food half an hour after everyone else at our table, even though we ordered first. When we did finally get our food, half of what we ordered was not on our tray. When I went up to ask about it, the cashier was very rude and accused us of not having paid for those items, even though they were on our receipt. The items we were missing were the sauces for the onion rings, and a slice of poutine pizza. We were told they would have to make new sauce, and they very hesitantly gave us our pizza. The pizza slice was cold and soggy. We waited another ten minutes for the sauce, which ended up being nothing more than plain old Heinz with some syrup. The cashier was quite rude again when we asked for the sauce after being told it would only take a second, then waiting ten minutes. Once we got the chance to try our food, it was awful. The whole pizza was doughy and undercooked. The onion rings were burnt on the outside but practically raw inside somehow. Most frustrating of all is that both times we went up for help, several employees were standing at the counter talking amongst themselves instead of helping the line. I’m really hoping that we caught them on an off night, and maybe things will be better in the future.

delicious homestyle food with authentic Franco American roots. I have visited Pierrette’s every night for the last 3 nights, I started off Wednesday night having the unique poutine pizza on organic crust and a cup of papa’s soup (a vegetable soup with orzo and lentils), Thursday night I had the traditional Poutine which is authentic as it can get, Friday night I had the hot chicken sandwich on thick homemade bread with sweet peas and gravy with a small fry and a side of gravy.

Best breakfast ever! Very clean restaurant! The staff was very friendly… Give it a 12 1/2… They may be closing for breakfast because not enough people go. OK Lewiston and Auburn we don’t have a lot of places to go for breakfast or for dinner or supper or whatever… Start surprising you’re tummies and go to Pierrette’s ….You will not be disappointed… Janie G

terrible customer service, an employee was openly talking about the fact they made someone’s sandwich the completely wrong way but got no complaints and that the customer was “weird” for not noticing. Also they pulled the pepperoni off my friends pizza and called it a slice of cheese.
