A little over a month ago I ordered takeout from here. The pizza and breadsticks lacked any kind of flavor and, y’all, they gave me completely RAW boneless wings. Have you ever bit into a piece of uncooked chicken? It’s a sensation I don’t wish upon my worst enemy. I reached out to their customer service, was told the concern was being sent to the local store and would be contacted within 3 days…. still have yet to receive any kind of acknowledgement. Great place to eat at. Chery was so nice to me. She knew exactly what to say to make me feel welcomed loved and appreciated. I enjoyed their salad choices as well as their drink beverages. The pizza I order was delicious top with ground beef and mushrooms are I am Muslim and do not eat pork. I appreciated them having other options and for understanding and respecting my religion. I also would like to shout-out their boom decorum as they was piping. I enjoy every single minute of my visit and definitely will be coming back also will be suggesting to friends. Happy Thanksgiving!

This is how this location makes a Detroit style pizza with pepperoni. I think the cook remembered to put the sauce on after it baked. It was inedible. (The missing slices were reassembled by me and cooking in my air fryer at time of picture). Corporate offered a free large pizza as consolation but they’re nuts if I’m sending that order to this North Ave location.

Their food is good, but they really need a drive thru. I went and the door was locked with a doorbell to ring and a man was standing outside at the door asking for money. He told me the door was locked. I called the number for curbside and it didn’t even direct me to that location so I sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes trying to figure out what to do. While I was sitting there 2 more people came to to my car asking for money. I almost left and said forget the pizza. Someone came out of the kitchen just before I was going to leave and I was able to talk to them. The employees are nice and the food was hot.

The word apathy comes to mind. I’ve gotten the entirely wrong order before and the Grubhub driver was just like, “You’ve gotta talk to the store.” There’s no way to call the location when something is wrong! It goes straight to a call center and even then it takes ages to get through to someone. And don’t even think about adding any special requests. Ya know. Like EVERY OTHER CHAIN PIZZA APP LETS YOU DO (I.e. bake the pizza well done). They’re not going to honor special requests. They don’t seem to even read them. They truly do not care. I went into the store once and spoke with a manager while I was waiting on my order. He told me about the trouble they’d been having because corporate won’t let customers call the location directly. He offered to give me credits on my account (he’s the reason I gave two stars instead of one). But credits are kind of useless unless you go in to the store to order. Since I can’t call them those credits will just sit there until I can go in.

i never write a bad review and that’s very apparent if you check out my profile, however i’m honestly just annoyed and disappointed in this place. i ordered a lot of food and gave the driver a huge tip, only to find out that this pizza hut outsources their deliveries to door dash, even then i was honestly fine with it because i just wanted my food. when the food came, none of the pizzas were anything i ordered, not even a single one was correct. again, i was honestly fine with that. however, the dough was still raw and the pizza fell apart when you even try to lift it from the box. i had no other option than to just take my losses and throw everything out. i’m hoping that my complaint through pizza hut’s support is acknowledged. i hate complaining but i just wasted a lot of money on food and i want to make sure no one else wastes their money too.

Would do zero stars if possible. Placed my order but it was canceled with no explanation. When I called to try to get an explanation I was placed on hold and continuously hung up on. Anytime I got someone on the phone they told me all they can see is my order was canceled and I would need to be placed on hold. Awful service. Never got my order and will not ever order again from this Pizza Hut and will make sure to tell all friends and family to go elsewhere.

Fire the call center agents, they create a joke of customer service. Every time I have an issue with a refund here. There is not a single time Pizza Hut has NOT over charged me. They have the most dishonest method of payment. Don’t ever dare try apple pay, it will take your money and not refund you.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Came in town for a company convention and figured since this was less than a mile from my hotel it would be hot and efficient. Unfortunately it was neither! I ordered buffalo wings and received naked wings. No ranch, or plates. They said they didn’t have plates that’s why they didn’t send anything. Cheesy bread was really doughy and half cooked. The pizza was cold. I came all the way from Detroit and had no rental car so I paid for a delivery and tipped the driver handsomely. I also didn’t get any napkins. The manager would not accommodate me by picking up the items. They were really nasty when we called and asked us to bring the items to the store. I have no transportation as well as a special needs child, which is why I had it delivered genius! I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone in town or out of town

Read the reviews, they are real. The national call center system is a terrible idea. We ordered pizza and within 30 seconds, the app said it was out for delivery. How? Then we waited an hour and called the call center who put us on hold for 5, 10 and 28 minutes each time telling me that they will forward me to the manager at the store nearest us. Never happened. They charged me, and nothing arrived. Still trying to get a refund. Avoid this company. I grew up on them. They are not the same entity anymore. Do better.
