Light & Refreshing
Ginjo labels often possess fruity and floral flavor nuances, and tend to be light and refreshing on the palate. To receive the ginjo designation a sake must use rice that has been milled down to 60% of its original weight prior to steaming, but in practice many have a polishing ratio of 50%
Pure Rice Goodness
Junmai sakes possess a robust rice flavor and can be enjoyed either they range from dry and sharp to soft and rounded, and much attention is paid to their balance and structure. Many people prefer junmai labels to more expensive sakes because of their easy drinkability

Subtlety&&Finesse
Daiginjo sakes take the rice polishing ratio down to 50% or less. They are made in smaller quantities, and rely more on traditional methods. Flavor and aroma profiles tend to be fuller than with ginjos, and exceptional labels display both complexity and finesse

This place is the best sushi in town. Make reservations. Is really small. Authentic Japanese food. Excellent service. I will be back for the omacasi.

An amazing hidden gem. Tucked into an unassuming strip mall, the sign out front only says “Sushi.” That’s it, that’s the only warning. Small inside, nothing too fancy. But the food and service are unlike any strip mall sushi restaurant I’ve ever been to.

I’m pretty sure this was the best meal I’ve ever had in my life. First of all, our waitress was the loveliest & gave great recommendations. Her passion & knowledge was so wonderful! All staff were so kind & attentive. And the sushi. WOW the sushi. Just sensational. There is truly none better. What a phenomenal meal. I will be savoring this meal until we can return to Vegas and come back.

High quality sushi with affordable price. Our waitress was super nice and introduced us every fish on the sushi platter. This place is a hidden gem in Vegas. It is a bit far from the strip but I would def recommend this place for its great value and outstanding service.

The best and most authentic sushi in Las Vegas, and not too expensive. The husband and wife owners are from Hokkaido. Everything was excellent and the dishes were creative. The staff is very friendly and service is excellent. There is no wonder why all reviews are 5 stars.

The sashimis are very fresh and good. I recommend the $100 sashimi plate which contains ootoro (the best), hotate (raw scallop), uni, etc. The wasabi from the sashimi plate is freshly made and very good quality.
