This was a 1st time visiting this location & the 1st time being at a 5 Guys in a long time. It was a great visit, Jamal Q was our Cashier and was friendly. The location was clean & so was the bathroom. Our chocolate & vanilla milkshakes were delicious and thick. Our food came out quickly because there wasn’t a wait. The fries of course were great & so were the Bacon cheeseburgers. We will surely return to this location again. All of the employees were welcoming and pleasant. Excellent service!

Bunch of kids doing more talking then working. Had my burger on the grill, but all the talking they were doing they forgot to put the bun on the grill. I watched him forget, remember, then had to wait even more time for the bun to warm up. Not okay. Now my burger is probably over cooked from sitting on the grill too long. Honestly every time I come in here the service is so long and not because it’s a full house of customers. Please get it together.

Food is delicious. Burger are cooked just right and are always juicey and the milkshakes are sooo good and thick. Small fry is enough for 2 people. And there’s peanuts to munch on while you wait for your food. Place is very clean and bright. And you can watch the cooks making your food.

Love Five Guys! Had a great experience. The young gentleman that was taking the orders was very helpful. I even saw him assist an elderly woman who was having trouble hearing. He was so patient and kind to her.

My order was made as requested. Stop mashing the burgers with the spatula on the grill. The sandwich was delicious. The staff members were polite, friendly and helpful.
