The cashier was inexperienced and needed help with our order, I had to go back up to get part of our order that they forgot to give us and one of the employees was back there cursing while we ate in the dining room. Not the most pleasant experience but okay.

We don’t want to lie for you, Arby’s. I’ve ordered and been asked to pull forward after paying. I said, “Why? There’s no one behind me in the drive thru. I only ordered a single plain roast beef sandwich, slice it and put it on the bun.” The cashier said something to the effect of: If I pull forward, it tells their system they completed my order in that time. I said that I’m not lying for you, give me my food when it is done and that will be the time I leave in your system. Sat there and waited at the window and no one ever pulled up behind me. Got my food from the window, it would have slowed their operation down to send an employee outside to car deliver my order and they would have had to go out in the summer heat. What a stupid policy to try to have your customers cheat your own system for/with you. Don’t you know how long it takes to prepare your own food?

We pulled up 15 min before they closed. Granted, they are out of some things and closing up – had a lovely interaction with the employees, they were really kind and understanding, but man the food order was all kinds of wrong. Missing toppings (which they were not out of) and seriously skimped on the meats. Felt pretty ripped off for what we payed. We did not get the meats.

We went inside to eat thinking it would be a nice experience. Geez, we were so wrong. Ordered a chicken sandwich and the fish deluxe. Spent almost 20.00 and ended up throwing most of both sandwiches away. Both sandwiches were dripping with mayo, lettuce and threw on a small tomato. Yuck. The chicken still was pink and the fish was small with too much breading. I won’t even start in on the drink dispenser….
