I really don’t understand the hate this restaurant is receiving on Google reviews. For everyone complaining about the price I would like to introduce you to what is normal at any airport. This is the only sit down restaurant in this terminal and the options at this airport are just overall not great. Our food was actually really good and I enjoyed the chicken tenders. It was lame that it’s a sit down restaurant and they do not serve water and you have to buy it in a bottle.

My husband and I just wanted lunch and a few drinks while we waited on our flight. We had many hours until our flight so we wanted a place to relax. We both ordered drinks and burgers. Mine was so dry that even with Mayo and ketchup, I couldn’t get it down. My husband’s wasn’t much better. My husband ordered another drink and our server delivered our check. She never asked how our meal was or asked if she could get us something else. My husband told me that she must be ready for us to leave. We would have stayed longer and ordered more but it wasn’t worth the hassle or bad food.

I recently dined at your establishment and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food and the level of hospitality. The pasta dish I ordered was super bad and low quality , and the staff’s behavior was rude. Considering the high prices, the experience was far from satisfactory. I hope you can address these issues and improve in the future.

I ordered the chicken tenders with fries which weren’t bad (still paying $18 for something that took me 4 minutes to finish eating isn’t my cup of tea). However my order took a while and they served me a drink that I never ordered, they almost charge me for it at the end so make sure to keep an eye on your receipt. But the worst part was … no free water! I hate that. We all know that Miami is an amalgamation of every Latin American country in the world, and of course in Latin America you never get water for free. It’s a cultural thing. But still I’d like to believe Miami is a part of the US and that means I should be able to get free water.

Good service but the burger was quite mediocre. Prices are astronomical–Classic burger, small amount of fries, tap beer, 18% automatic tip, tax=$40. The beer was $14.50! That is three times more than I’ve ever paid for a tap beer.

Worst dining experience of my life. I’m in my 50’s and have never complained at a restaurant before. We ordered the chicken BLT — which was so overcooked it was hockey puck hard and impossible to even bite — and my husband ordered the chicken tenders which were RAW. When i showed them the raw chicken they agreed to not charge us for the food but wanted us to pay for the sparkling water and bloody mary (one of each) that we had.

Should have read the reviews first… there wasn’t much choice in the area, so we tried this place. The noodles soup is from a can [I couldn’t eat it], for sure, and the hamburger’s meat was raw, there is not worse hamburger on the earth… the McDonalds next door would have been a better choice

The reviews are right, service here is dire. Waited 5+ mins to even be noticed waiting to sit, was told by a waitress to pick a table, only to have the manager tell me off for trying to pick my own table. Huh?? Wait staff were clearly not given designated sections to serve, instead dashing all over the place whilst the manager stood in the corner doing who knows what. 50 dollars for average fish and chips and a margarita. Absolute joke.

I’m not sure if the head chef was taking La Pausa or whether it is always such a complete disaster. I have never had such a dry burger patty on a bun with no sauce whatsoever, it was like eating an old sandal. This at 3x the price of a fast food chain burger. Service is not bothered and gives you the impression of being disturbed by your very presence. This place needs to get on a one way flight to somewhere far away.

The food was very average. Be aware drink prices are high – $19.50 for a well highball. When I asked for a glass of ice water with my meal I was told they don’t serve water, I need to buy a bottle. Our server was not friendly. Brought our food and never came back to check how it was or if we needed anything. I would definitely choose the McDonalds across the way next time.
